This was one of the only hotels that would accommodate myself, husband and 2 small children in one room (they brought in toddler beds). The staff was very helpful and the location was great...across from the shopping district and next to the Old Town. The rooms where very clean and the pool/spa area was a very pleasant experience.

The pool area is at the top of the hotel and has views towards the old town. it was priceless to be able to watch the sunset whilst relaxing in the spa after a hard days sight seeing .
I have no complaints about the rest of the hotel. clean and efficient.
the location is also excellent as it is right next to old town and major bus and tram links.
i would certainly recommend and would go back.

Really nice hotel with great location! Helpful staff that made dinner reservations for us and always greeted us with a smile. Rooms were clean and nothing to complain about. nice spa with great view of the city.
My dissapointement was the breakfast which was too crowded, we could not find a place to sit the first morning! Also, not enough staff to refill food, napkins, cutlery etc.
To summarize I would rather have stayed at a smaller hotel in the Old town, less crowded I guess.

I nearly gave a 4 rating just because the bathrooms and wifi are so good. However, breakfast (ok food, grim seating), no water in the room and general corporate feel leave it at 3.

If you are on business and want a clean, basic, reasonably priced and very central hotel, then you'd rate this as a 4.

If you're on holiday then you'd like the rooms but feel your soul slip through your eyeballs as you walk through the hotel or have brekkie.

As mentioned elsewhere there are cooky aspects to the hotel: carpets with prints of roads, cobbles and grass; a floral motif cut out of the room numbers, and the vinyl-covered-glass shower cubicles that intrude into the rooms.

The rest is plain business hotel. Brekkie is OK (sausage, nuclear scrambled eggs, irradiated fruit), but the ambience in the dining area is like Hell's antechamber.

Staff are friendly and efficient.

Beds are very comfortable - nice and firm.

Wifi is free and good.

No water in rooms though!

Location is great to visit the old town and also good for connections/transport.

Summary: would return here on business without hesitation, but for a romantic visit to Tallinn I'd look elsewhere.

Large business and tourist hotel, centrally located. Efficient and helpful front desk service. Was upgraded to a large and comfortable de-luxe room on the back of the building. That means no traffic noise but with a view to the not particularly attractive backyard. The wall-to-wall carpet on the floor I found very ugly but that is a question of taste. Large, modern and functional bathroom, more hooks would be useful.

Breakfast wide choice but quality disappointing. Only small selection of bread and fresh fruit. Scrambled eggs, cheese, porridge etc. had no taste.

The Nordic Forum Hotel is very well located, near the Old Town. Large and very nice designed bathroom, with a glass wall facing the bedroom. Strange but OK. The free WiFi works well.
Good breakfast, and friendly staff.

I liked this hotel. Very nice and comfy rooms, tasty food and friendly staff. Nordic Hotel Forum is close to the Old Town and shops. It's a pity, but I didn't try a pool. However, my friend really liked it.
Internet was ok.
Our room was quiet comfortable with a big TV set.
A little bit strange was to have a bathroom with a glass wall facing the bedroom! However, I shared my room with a friend, so it was fine.
To sum up, I would recommend this hotel!
