This is very nice hotel. Close to the Old Town and also saurounded with shopping malls. From hotel to the Old Town you do not need more than 10 min walking.
Lobby for me is a little dark, but it is warm. Reception service is nice, they were very quick. I was with a group of 30 people, and they already prepared the keys ( sometimes it is not a usual thing ) .
Rooms are wide, clean and you have a lot of space ( i stayed in two bed room) .
Breakfast is good and international. For me, breakfast area is a little small for hotel capacity, but the service is ok.
We have spent couple days in one of conference rooms, with full service. Coffee breaks were on time, pleasent stuff in this section and on service .

I stayed here for a conference for three nights. The room was very spacious and well equipped. The staff were very efficient and professional. Breakfast was rich and varied.

When arriving late at night, for some reason they gave me a smoking room. That was an unnecessary inconvenience, but I was too busy and tired to complain about that - so I just tried to get used the smell. They have a very busy breakfast room. Apart from running out of coffee on a couple occasions breakfast nevertheless seemed to function quite well.

As a personal note, I find the Estonian interior designs a bit heavy for my taste with their dark colours and decorations. This hotel is decorated in the "Estonian style".

Nordic Hotel Forum is a great hotel in the heart of Tallinn, close to most attractions and old town.
I booked a standard room. A large and inviting room.
Breakfast at the hotel is good and international. But the breakfast room is too small and the 2 times I was asked to come back 30 minutes later. It's too bad. Ask at the reception during check-in when it is recommended to eat, so you do not have to waste your time. Relax area with whirlpool, small pool and sauna was open from 7 to 22 each day in the hotel's top floor. Great facility.
In November, as well as a private spa on site.

We had a fantastic stay in this wonderful hotel. It is close to the old town, modern and well maintained. We found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The foyer area is so warm and welcoming after coming in from such extreme cold. It is just around the corner from the outdoor markets and some really lovely coffee shops. There is a lovely park just across the road with some of the most fabulous ice sculptures and on a more practical note the bus stops are nearby.

Superb location, spacious, bright and clean room with a big bed and well equipped bathroom. As I was not feeling well on our departure date they provided late check for a fair amount – I cannot remember the exact charge but we got one hour free. The only real drawback at this great hotel was the chaotic breakfast with way to many costumers for the buffet and definitely not enough seats for the hordes of people.

spendin one night at this hotel. I enjoyed staying here. Great central location. Across the road from the old town and 20 minutes walk from the ferry terminal. The worst aspect of this hotel is its service. The staff were not friendly and helpful at all. I wonder are they already tired to the tourists?

This hotel is an easy walk to beautiful old town. With a nice lobby that houses a coffee house and right around the corner from a mall, there are plenty of places to eat. Breakfast was really huge, and served in a giant room totally full of people. It is certainly not a breakfast for those looking for a quiet morning, but it is great to meet people and for wake up conversation. The rooms are of European size, but quite comfortable. Tallinn is one of my favorite European cities and staying in this historic hotel is really special. Make sure you go on the historic tour to see how the KGB used this hotel back in Soviet times.
