“Good value for your money”

Good location near old part of the city, good value for money and good breakfast. Staff was helpful...Will stay there again.
Only little minus is small garage for people visiting with cars.
Definately will recommend this hotel to people who are going to visit in Tallinn

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights in May 2014 for a weekend getaway and loved it. It's in such a good location - a few minutes from the Old Town or the port/marina and close to the modern city centre too. The room was spotless, cleaned daily, good facilities and not to mention the beautifully maintained spa on the top floor. Even better was the breakfast buffet which served up anything you could ever want for breakfast, including local dishes and the usual breakfast dishes. The staff were friendly. Can't find any faults. It's about 2 km from the airport and the number 2 bus takes you pretty much right to it (right around the corner). I know there are cheaper hotels and hostels in Tallinn but the little extra we paid for the good breakfast and the spa was definitely well worth it - and when you consider what you get for your money, it's still cheap!

I stayed for two nights in this hotel. The room was on the fourth floor. The room was quiet and quite large. The room cleaning could be better. Tip: the traffic and city noise could be a problem on lawer floors! Excellent situation in a city center; just near the Old town and the Viru shopping center, abt. 1 km from the main harbour. Nice sauna and swimming pool on the eight floor (included in the price). Breakfast time was quite busy and chaotic; noboday was cleaning tables. But the food was better than the average breakfast. Quite expensive hotel. Good service.

Room Tip: Breakfast time was quite busy and chaotic: so go earlier than 8 o'clock am., the traffic and ci...

Room was ok and quite big but storage facilities surprisingly poor. Didn't use the restaurant as it was expensive and better deals were available round the corner in the Old Town. Breakfast was chaotic and they had actually run out of English Breakfast tea and had only Earl Grey or fruity ones. Nobody was clearing tables and people were struggling to find a clean one. Apart from that the lack of efficient staff meant when we did find a table we ate among dirty pots. A youth eventually sauntered up to clear with a small tray when a trolley was needed. Hotel ideally situated for the Old Town

Room Tip: Ask for quiet.

Stayed one night at the Nordic Forum. Unfortunately upgraded to a suite which was a mistake as the traffic noise is an issue because the bedroom is right on the corner and has very very large windows with poor curtailing to block out the light. The noise was mainly boy racer type cars ,motor bikes and the trams which start early in the morning.
The staff at the Nordic would be one of the most helpful I have ever dealt with in a hotel. I viewed 3 rooms before choosing the suite and should have gone with my gut reaction of being in a back room.
A very clean hotel but as we were moving to another hotel after 2 nights at the Nordic decided to check out after one night and move to hotel Telegraf instead of changing rooms at the Nordic.

I stayed in this hotel on business and first impressions are that the hotel is a ver y high standard. The rooms are large and well furnihsed in a modern way. The bathroom had a great bath in it. There sould be a little more attention to etail when clearing though. Food is ok, with a breakfast and lunch buffet. We had one dinner in the hotel one night and it was very nice. Overall it is not a bad hotel to stay, with a couple of minor issues like cleaning and the AC not working correctly, hence only rating this 4 not 5.

Our room (Double Deluxe Room) was nice and clean and the big bathtub was a nice bonus. The Hotel is in a great location and the closest supermarket is right next door. The hotels Leisure Centre was fantastic and you could have drinks by the pool. Think this place was meant for adults only since there is no children’s pool.

Although the room was great the bathroom could use some soundproofing... On the negative side the room service menu was ridiculously expensive and the coffee maker wasn't working properly. I think 2 cups of coffee for the whole weekend seemed a bit greedy (extra cups 1€/cup).

Overall definitely one of the nicest hotels in Tallinn.
