I´ve stayed in this hotel for several times. Last time was just couple of weeks ago and I have nothing to complain. Our room was on 7th floor and it was very comfortable, spacious and spotless. Sleeping quality is very good: very comfy beds and pillows, blind curtains (I don´t know the official name for those. But curtains that keep the light out also in light summer nights). And it was completely silent. There are no drunken people around this hotel. Breakfast is very good with multiple options for everyone. This hotel offers very good value for money.
Sinine Salon&Spa is very stylish beauty house (illusalong).

Experience is heavily depending on the room you get! We changed after 1 night and got a much better room which changed our opinion :-)
Highlights:
Busy, relatively expensive hotel.
Nice, hot shower (if not flooding). Great location.
Extensive & good breakfast buffet.
Wifi not in every room.
Coffee in the lobby is good! (Though not served during breakfast ;-)
In short, a good option, but not superb.

I spend two nights with my boyfriend and in-laws. The place didn't disappointed like it didn't last time either.
Room was clean, spacious and quiet.
The bathroom is clean and shower was good.
Breakfast was ok but quite crowded in the morning.
I do recommend if you visit in Tallinn.

We walked in off the street, with no prior booking,in cold drizzling rain in the hope of finding a hotel room for the night and were very happy with the customer service immediately provided. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating or friendly.

The room was excellent and perfect for our needs which was just 1 night.

The free breakfast was incredible-never seen such a massive variety of foods available-it would take you a week to try everything !!

Awesome value at around $170 Australian and would definitely return-really couldn't ask for better at that price in that central location-just brilliant.

No issues whatsoever.

A hotel taxi driver was shouting at us and yellow taxi driver because we selected the last one service. The mood was completely spoiled. The business model of forcing people to take the hotel taxi doesn't fit to EU standards. It is our choice which taxi to take.

Dear Guest IK,

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration regarding the taxi services. Just to clarify that the Nordic Hotel Forum does not have its own hotel taxi. We have made an agreement with a local taxi company Tulika Takso to provide our guests quality taxi services and to avoid possible fraud. We have contacted the management of Tulika Takso and informed about your complaint. I hope that they will take necessary actions to improve the behavior of the drivers. We still hope that the hotel itself met your expectations and we are looking forward to welcoming you soon again.

Wishing you well,

We stayed in the Nordic Hotel Forum for three nights. The location, in the heart of the modern city, is an easy walk to the old town and has some great restaurants nearby. We walked from the harbour to the hotel in about ten minutes. When we left, it was raining and a taxi cost six euro to the harbour.
We found all staff to be extremely helpful from the front desk, cleaning and breakfast staff. We took a pot of tea to our room each evening and that cost three euro.
Our room on the seventh floor was extremely quiet and spotlessly clean. The brick pattern on the corridor floors is unusual but that is just a comment.
Breakfast provides all you could wish for but no muesli. The array includes hot food as well as cheese, ham, eggs, meatballs, rice!! The list is extensive.
I would recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.
