The hotel has a great location! Close to the Old Town, and right next to the new Roterman quarter. That is by far the most positive thing about this hotel. We waited in line for over 1 hour to check in. The process took SO long and there were only 2 people in the reception. Never experienced such a check-in. It then turned out we had gotten a smoking room. Needless to say it smelled! a lot. We tried to change rooms, but the hotel was full. Luckily, we got another room the next day. Breakfast was quite OK, but the place was too crowded. The gym is super small, but if you just want to run or bike, you're set. The ventilation system seems to be non-existing, and since the gym is in the same area as the pool the air is quite heavy. I ended up with a head ache before I was done with my work out. Nice views from the pool, but it's not that big, so it can feel quite cramped. I saw some dirt in the pool that didn't really temp me to get in. Be aware the the bathrooms have some see-through glass, meaning you can be seen from the room while you are on the toilet and in the shower...

Room Tip: Specify if you don't want a smoking room

Very nice and clean hotel in great location. Just next to Old Town and just few blocks from harbour. Also in the middle of new city centrum. Next door is shopping center with groceries, H&M, New Yorker, pharmacy etc.

Hotel itself is clean, new and rooms are big. Breakfast is one of the best I have had.

There is "relaxation center" in the 8th floor where is sauna, gym, swimming pool and hot tub. All this with great view. When the weather was not so good we were there enjoying.

We have been in this hotel several times and we will go back again!

Close to the "Old Town".... very small single beds air conditioning needs repair..they do not cater for hot days at all...it was hard to get comfortable in it...the bath was for giants about 750 mm off the ground to get into it...but a nice shower head ...breakfast was excellent...a good selection of both hot and cold...no omelet station though..only one chair in room.

Room Tip: Alcohol very reasonable prices.

Large centrally located hotel with a two minute walk to the old town. Comfortable room with modern bathroom, minibar, air conditioning and TV. The rooms are well soundproofed so you are not disturbed by other guests. Staff are helpful and there is a luggage storage free of charge. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice however due to the size of the hotel it was very busy and sometimes difficult to find somewhere to sit. Overall a good experience and will stay here in the future.

We stayed a night here in July with one child. The hotel has a great location, the rooms were contemporarily furnished, clean and spacey, and the continental breakfast buffet that was included in the price had a very vast selection of food, although I think the number of sorts exceeded the taste. We got an extra bed for the child, and there still was plenty of room for the suitcases etc. There is a pool area upstairs, that was very much appreciated by my family. The hotel was quiet enough, I only heard some voices through the walls when people were shouting (I think they were watching the finals of the football world champions). The hotel doesn't have much uniqueness to it, but in all other means it fulfills most needs a traveling person could have. I'd consider this hotel again if I go back to Tallinn and didn't want to try some boutique hotel just for curiosity.

Beautiful hotel, near the city center. We are a family with a little terrible girl three years old, but in this hotel she could be free to run around everywhere (pool, dinning room, hall etc)
The hotel was clean with a rich continental breakfast.
We were able to go the harbour by foot to take a ship to Helsinky in a few minutes.
The staff were polite, efficent but quite cold....but is normal in a cold country (maybe for them, we southern are quite noisy).
We advise this hotel!

Nordic Hotel Forum is a good option amongst the larger Tallinn hotels. It obviously lacks the charm of the small boutique hotels in historical buildings, but you get instead air conditioning, sufficient water pressure, modern and well-sized rooms and a wellness area with a swimming pool for free usage. The staff is friendly. The breakfast has a good variety of dishes, from seven types of cereals, different yoghurts, cold meats and cheeses to lots of warm dishes and even pancakes.
