Everything was in the level it should be at 4 star hotel. Great location, perfect service, gourmet restaurant, nice rooms and good sleep quality. Pool with saltwater is very good.

Room Tip: Rooms with seaview are the best

Booked the hotel for a week-end with 2 other couples. Enjoyed the stay in general: food was good, rooms were nice and clean, SPA was great, got lucky with the weather as well. Location is quite convenient

If you've been in some great resorts, you'll be wondering why this one received five stars. Old hotel in a mediocre beach.
The wet leisure area is a joke. Everything looks kind of dingy.
Unless you are from this region, do not bother coming to this beach and especially to this hotel.

This was my second time at the Baltic Beach Hotel and had another incredible vacation. I consider myself somewhat of a travel expert and this hotel and location pleases on all fronts. The view of the Baltic Sea can't be beat as the hotel is directly on the sand. If you do go - make sure to save ample time for spa visits - the service menu is amazing and price hard to beat. They really take spa services to a another level. Other highlights - loved the breakfast that's included with your stay and if you go to the restaurant the fish is a must have. The town is also just a walking distance away for afternoon strolls. Saving the coolest part for last - if you love saunas, schedule a sauna experience . Really, there is so much to experience that the days fly by - make sure to stay at least a few weeks to take full advantage of the facilities...

Room Tip: Get a sea view room with a balcony

Fantastic Hotel with unbeatable prices, service, food and spa and great location. Upon arrival, my boyfriend and I were greeted with smiles and welcomes at the reception. Check in was a breeze! Spent one week in a gorgeous room (amber side) with the most unbelievable view of the Baltic Sea. The balconies are huge! The rooms are clean, and spacious, and have a great mattress. Lobby Bar had great coffee (and dessert) and was the perfect replacement to my Starbuck’s addiction. Breakfast was included and offered great variety (we ate so much that we barely ever ate lunch). Overall, all of the restaurants were delicious, especially The Caviar Club which had live entertainment almost every night. You can even smoke hookah at the Kalian bar. This hotel is right on the beach and a 5 minute walk from the main tourist streets of Jurmala. It also has the biggest spa that I have ever seen- 3 floors. There are so many different services to choose from and they are incredibly reasonably priced. I chose a different massage or treatment every night because it was that enjoyable and so affordable. We would pay a fortune for the same services in the states. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel. We are already planning our return.
