Nice hotel centraly located in Riga close to the old town and facing a nice park.
Rooms are very nice with nice bathrooms and amenities.
The hotel fitness room is small but well equiped with changing rooms and a sauna.
Breakfast included in the rate is very good with a good selection of food.
Personel is very effecicient and friendly.

The walls in the rooms are paper thin and you will be up all night with slamming doors and a noisy guest crowd. The mattresses are 3" thick and barely enough wide for one person to stay in one position all night, they provide the maximum of discomfort. The rooms do not smell fresh, the floors in the rooms are filthy and scratched up from prior use. The furnishings in the rooms are new but of poor quality. The breakfast buffet that is included with the room is all of poor quality and substandard cheap filler food, an embarrassment for a supposedly well managed chain. The facility is no more then a 2.5 star our of 5 star hotel establishment. The place fills for the price per night of the room and slick advertising. The availability of rooms in Riga is limited during summer months with events ongoing. This facility draws in the dreck from northern Europe for weekend stays. The business crowd is low class and most the guests as well with struggling financial families that clutter the small lobby. The service for luggage and tourist assistance is non-existent. The desk barely speaks English and misled me into going on a 30 minute cab ride to the otherside of the city for an adapter that could have been purchased 2 blocks away. Walk around the lobby and you will see that this is an overall budget type hotel that survives on slick marketing to the masses and overall there is nothing this hotel has to offer for the consumer. I would have gladly taken another hotel and paid twice the price but again a pathetic selection of good quality hotels in Riga that are available in the high season. I would never suggest this place to anyone unless you want to be up all night and enjoy noise.

This is a gleaming tower a few blocks walk from Riga's old town. The rooms are modern and spacious, and the entire hotel interior emits a glow of cleanliness and efficiency. My room had an enormous bed that was extremely comfortable. Breakfast offered a nice spread --- both quantity and quality were fine. The buffet itself is in a small space and gets a bit chaotic at times, but there is plenty of space to sit, including outdoor tables in a central open-air atrium. There is a small bar/lounge area on the ground floor, but I did not try it. There are the usual business-hotel conveniences: a small fitness room, a kiosk for printing boarding passes.

Although they didn't really have a concierge, staff were friendly and offered basic suggestions on travel.

We stayed at the very modern Radisson Blu Elizabete with some friends over a weekend and it's a great place to stay! Nice and friendly people at the front desk. The rooms are clean and neat, but the view into the courtyard and other peoples rooms wasn't that great, however this is a small minus. The bathrooms lacked privacy with very thin glass doors and you can hear exactly everything going on in there, so maybe not share a room with someone your not comfortable being around. The location is great, everything you want to see or do during a weekend with friends is within walking distance and the only cab-ride we needed was from and to the airport. Didn't experience the restaurant and breakfast, but my friends said that it was good. Free WiFi is always a good thing and it is available everywhere, including the rooms, thanks for that! I'm happy to recommend this hotel and you get great value for your money!

We stayed here for three weeks. Overall a very satisfactory experience. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Excellent buffet breakfast with a wide variety of drinks and foods. Dining room staff very attentive. Two very minor quibbles - our electronic key cards kept expiring because of staff errors - a couple of the front office staff were a little deficient in customer relations skills with their communications but easily resolved.
