The location is perfect in old town. Within minutes you are anywhere. Service is amazing. Made to feel welcome. Beautiful and clean. Rooms are huge and comfortable breakfast is assorted with hot and cold buffet. Spotless everywhere I cant imagine staying anywhere else in Riga

We had a wonderful 3 days here. The hotel is perfectly placed, close to central old city but quiet. Rooms were large and v comfy. Breakfast was really good: fruit juice, cereals, fruit, yogurt, hot and cold choices and great breads etc. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Thanks for a great stay!

Neiburgs hotel is a really clean hotel with modern interior. The bed was super comfy and the rooms were so spacious. I visited this hotel with eight of my colleagues and we had five different rooms. All rooms were of the same quality. breakfast was delicious and the location of the hotel is very good, right in the heart of old town. I definitely recommend this!

This is a family owned hotel who have taken great care in their choices. The facade is magnificent and the interior has been thoughtfully planned. There's a open library off the lobby.
We paid a bit more for a top floor two story suite which was well worth the reasonable price for what was provided. It was large , with comfy sofas and bed and a bathroom the boasted skylights with views of the top portions of important churches. We had a kitchenette which we used to store local pastries and wine. The cleaning was spotless.
The bath linens were fluffy and the toiletries, upscale. Parking isn't easy here due to its being in a tighter section of " old town" but taxis know how to navigate to it.
Some Latvians tend to be a bit reserved but with conversation, they open up. Our waiter was delightful but we did note a staffer who was indifferent while front desk staff were mostly very helpful. All in all, we were delighted and shall return when in Riga.

Room Tip: If overlooking street , higher floors better particularly in the summer and weekends when people outdoor activities and cafes enjoyed.

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. Its a cool place, in the old city.
The service is ok, but they could be so much kinder and nice, but they are all bored and not interested.

The design is good, the lobby is nice. The room we stayed in had no blinds and no view. 208
I would avoid it...

The laundry service is outrageously expensive, so i wouldn’t use it again.

Finally, expensive for what it offers, but a nice hotel.
