We ate here by staying at the Dome Hotel. The breakfasts were substantial. There was a buffet with hard cooked eggs, curd, fruit, bread, salads and all sorts of wonderful fish. Hot breakfasts include the delicious smoked salmon, roe and blini and omelets. Service is professional, prompt and friendly (with the exception of one sour young man who doesn't seem to enjoy his job). Two issues. First, the chef overcooks his omelets and puts very little of the cheese, tomato and mushrooms in them and in this place with first rate food this is a big outage. Second, we stayed four nights and had breakfast four mornings. The first we asked for nonfat milk in the latte. They had 2% milk. The second morning we expected they would have nonfat milk but had neither nonfat nor 2% milk. Isn't the staff supposed to take note of guests' preferences? Every morning thereafter we asked for reduced fat milk and were told there was none.
