We stopped by Biblioteka for lunch having read the excellent reviews. We were greeted at the door, and taken to our table which overlooked the park. We arrived around 2 so there were only a few diners left, but the atmosphere was calm and the layout of the restaurant was tasteful, with book cases around the room.
We choose three starters for lunch including ox tongue, lampry and deer tartar. All three starters were good sized portions, were presented beautifully and tasted fresh, clean and basically, excellent. The lampry in particularly was the stand out dish, with a mixture of flavours including pea and egg that worked well with each other.
The champagne and wine choices were good, and the wine list was extensive. Service was attentive and friendly, making the overall experience wonderful.
