“Acidic Salad”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 18 July 2013

Had Mozzarella & green pesto salad for lunch. The salad consisted of a heap of green leaves, a few slices of chalky mozzarella and some tomatoes.
All this was floating in a plenty of brown acidic liquid. It seems that the dressing had already separated into "phases"- liquid and solid. Found a green blob of crudely cut herbs at the bottom of the bowl. Kukotava still needs to learn how to make a decent salad dressing!

“Either I'm so unlucky or...”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 27 May 2013

Cannot quite understand the praise reviews written here. The service level is quite awful (ignoring the fact that some find it difficult to cope with cash register, some are purely cheeting (last visit almost cost me +20% from the pirce because the guy at the counter punched in 1,50 instead of 1,30 - and that was not a random mistake since there were 3 different items purchased)). The quality / price ratio - very questionable. If you are a fan of brownies that have nut shells inside (I understand that some might be found but no 7 big bits in 1 portion!!!) or cheesecake that is already "shedding tears" (there's puddle of liquid on a plate which personnell seems to get as "this should be like that) or have mouldy berries on top - welcome to the joint. Although I must say the coffee is good - but that's more a credit to Illy brand.

“Awesome”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 20 May 2013 via mobile

We went there every morning. Awesome baked goods. Must go for pastries and coffee. The apple and cottage cheese pastries are baller. I had a mochaccino that was really good too. They speak English and are super helpful. Really great place.

“Excellent pastries and nice atmosphere”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 4 October 2012

This cozy café was highly recommended in our travel guide, so we had a try. As we were really hungry when we arrived, we tried many different things. All were great with no exception. Especially the hearty unflavored pastries were delicious.
There is no real boundary between the guest room and the kitchen, just the counter. So you can watch the baking process and enjoy the great smell of fresh cakes. The place was well visited, especially by local people. So definitely a nice place for a stop!
