With its totally understated, unpretentious exterior and (very clean) interior, this place does not scream "I am a super-duper highfalutin' designer hipster place". But food wise it does. In the very best sense of the word. Exactly what I expect from a lunch place like this: homemade, hearty, good value for your money type of place which has your Mom as a cook and a very pleasant young woman as front face. Portions are extremely generous and besides - the food is interesting. Not your boring, generic ex-Soviet type of plov, but a genuine, proper dish - with lamb and dried apricots in it. All in all, highly recommended.
