I stayed here for two nights, when I had no bookings in any other hotel of the town. Taxi driver suggested me for this place as it was nearest to the venue, where my business meeting was scheduled. Hotel is very clean, comfortable and located in a quiet area, just 20 mins away from the city center. My room was nice, well appointed with all the things of need and breakfast was wide and tasty. The staff is very courteous, attentive and great at their work. It is definitely a good choice to stay.

Stayed for a long weekend (Thu-Sun). We didn't opt for the breakfast, so I can't give info about that. Our room was on the 4th floor, overlooking the local marketplace.

The rooms were clean, comfortably big, nice bathroom; really no issues. 24/24 reception. The staff is very friendly and does all it can to help (Thank you Agitta).

The neighbourhood is quiet, and there's a bar at 150m where you can get something to eat, but I suggest going to town for that, because there's nothing else: that's probably the only thing with this hotel, there's nothing to do (eat/drink) at night in close walking distance (Town centre is about 5 km). But it's near (50m) from bus/tram/trolley stops, very good connections to Town Centre (5 min bus ride).

Would recommend to family and friends!

Hotel is clean and not far away from city center, really good price as well, but i was expecting so much more from hotel that supose to be 3 star hotel. Restaurant was closead due to the maintenance, so i couldnt get dinner no room service available as well ( i manage to get some cookies in reception :D) no heating in rooms even in middle of september!!! Receptionist was really helpfull and provide me with some electrical heater. Need to point out that reception staff was really helpfull and friendly (only reason i didnt change the hotel or asked for discounts) unfortunatly hotel was under staffed i saw only 3 receptionists and one housekeeper during the whole stay. Housekeepers was available only at morning time so if your planing to have a lazy morning in bed after a night out your room wont be serviced. Dont let 3 stars to fool u its just a good B&B!!!

Stayed there for 9 days. Well-situated not too far from Riga center, clean, friendly place. Perfect hotel for the price range. Free wi-fi, and optional breakfast helped a lot, although one could get a cheaper breakfast in the coffee place near by. Highly recommend for anyone traveling on a budget.

Room Tip: Perhaps worth paying extra for a double room even if you are alone. you'll love the big screen T...

Stayed here for two nights, and that was actually more than enough. Had a spacious room (sort of one and a half actually), which was perfect for two adults and one kid (11 years). Unfortunately, we had some smell coming from the bathroom. I suspect there were some problems with the ventilation, as it changed between fried food, and other more conventional bathroom smells. (That's the only reasons for two stars on cleanliness. Apart from this, the room was spotless).

Hotel has a large car-park up front, but not sure how safe it is. During our stay, we spotted a pretty stoned out guy trying to break into the building across the road, and one of the cars in the lot had a smashed windscreen (could have happened in lots of ways though), but my car was left alone, so not really complaining about this.

Main problem with this hotel is location. There doesn't seem to be a whole lot going on in that area, and you need to rely on buses or taxis to see the nicer parts of town.

Room Tip: Smell your bathroom ;)

Weekend break Riga. Whereas the room (and bathroom) was spotlessly clean and of a contemporary/stucco fashion, it lacked the finer things which make hotel room’s well hotels!!! It did not have: tea making facilities, a stocked mini-bar, headed paper & pen, extra pillows blankets nor did it have toiletry packs in the bathroom etc... In addition, it is about 3 km from the bump and grind of old town Riga in a quiet and featureless suburb. However, it is well connected by cheap public transport and the taxi ride home in the evening will set you back between 3-4 Lats. The staff are polite and friendly and there is a left luggage facility which came in handy.
