Vincents is still the best gourmet restaurant in the Baltics. It is my second time here, and I had expected the menu to have developed a little bit. The amuse bouche was really nice, served by the head chef himself. All the meat cuts are presented on the table and very nicely explained by the waiters. Wine menu is amazing, at least here Vincents has developed quite positively. Still the same entremets, by antifrying.
All in all, Vincents is still the place to go for gourmet dining in the baltics.

People say that Vincents is the best Restaurant in Riga, and I agree. This time I had salmon (as compliment of the house); Mottra sturgeon caviar, paired with toasts and butter, and perfectly served; fried zucchini flowers with crab meat filling; cod from Faroe Islands; dessert. All dishes, as usual, were very good and artfully presented; excellent the wines (Champagne Roederer, Chablis). The service is attentive and efficient; the prices are right. Reservations are advised.

It's not often that we go to a restaurant and come away truly impressed but on the evening we went to Vincents it was nothing short of magical. Superb food with a touch of theatre made the whole experience something really special. The chef Martins Ritins came to talk to us after the meal and all the staff were excellent. Truly innovative and a great evening.

My husband in I love to spend money on Nice restaurants when travel. Vincent it's so cozy place with marvelous chef. The chef Martins Ritins is playful greeting us welcome and keep it up along the 7 course tasting meal. Waiters Are like quiet Ninjas serving you. They look very locally and are very nice and helpful. The food is also playful and reminds me of Noma kitchen sometimes. Exiting small surprises with a local touch. The various plates are carefully selected and the food is nicely presented. Cheese trolley is dangerously good. Dessert is like a big portion Latvian Forrest dream. Book a table and Go to food heaven here. Xxx to Martins. He loves What he do and we love him
