We spent a weekend in this supposedly posh hotel in the summer, when the room cost barely a third of what you would have to pay in peak winter season (Spindleruv mlyn is very popular ski resort).
Upon our arrival we were upraged, at no additional cost, to suite which was extemely roomy, nicely appointed and rather generously equipped. There was even a massage chair, on of the most sophisticated I have ever seen.
Czech hotels often lack the quality you expect for a given level, but this felt like a proper five-star thing. Even more surprising was the food in hotel restaurant. While it is extremely rare to get a decent meal in this country, especially countryside, this chief knew his job and most of the menu items were good value, definitely no more expensive than you would have to pay in a sub-average shopping-mall restaurant in Prague.
Overall, very good experience. And no less than excellent by Czech standards.More
