I happened upon this BB by chance, looking at their cute website where their three rooms are visualised as numbers on the main image and I liked it. They had been helpful and accommodating right from the beginning of our email correspondence, offering a special discount and being very prompt in replying. Indeed, nothing disappointed. The place is very sweet and functional, the prices are very reasonable - even cheap, they have a lovely garden that one can make free use, a beautiful conservatory, all new sparkling clean rooms, lovely view over the white lighthouse by the sea, terraces, sunlounges, excellent breakfast. But the most extraordinary thing is the utmost attention to detail: they have thought of everything - bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, fruit and chocolates on the landing, tea & coffee facilities in each room, B&O radio and TVs...the list goes on. What impressed me was that on the first day I did not eat the pineapple in my fruit salad. Without my saying anything, the following day the fruit salad contained no pineapple just lots of other fresh fruit. Bliss! Only minor issue is that it is not bang on the centre of skagen but about 5' cycling away. It is still in the town of course, just on its northern edge. Which is perfect for the beach and the grenen.
