Simple hotel with all the perks!
5.0 of 5 bubblesReviewed 7 Aug 2015via mobile
We stayed 2 nights in 3 rooms, July 30-31. The rooms were very comfortable for up to 3 people. There was good air conditioning and our rooms had nice balconies, which looked directly onto the Rock and the sea. Breakfast was simple but nice with the fresh squeezed orange juice the best I have ever had in any hotel (it must be those tree ripened Peloponnesian oranges). Mrs Pramataris, the owner takes much pride in her property and is always willing to help her clients. While we were there she expanded the good wi-fi to the upper floor. You are 50m to a nice public beach with a shower. For the price you can't go wrong!

Loved my room. Loved the lady in the front desk. She really embodies the Greek hospitality that very few other nations have. The view from my room was awesome and I would visit again. Anything we asked they did for us. It was a great location since it is in the Platia and close to the Kastro. In front of the sea where u can go swimming. The rooms were so affordable for what you get. The only thing I would change is more choices for breakfast.

I recently co-led a yoga retreat at the Pramataris Hotel and it was wonderful. Chrisoula, the owner, was so accommodating to our every need. We reserved the gorgeous front common room (typically where breakfast was served) to hold our two daily practices with breathtaking views. Chrisoula also quickly learned of my love of NesCafé Frappé, which she had ready for me each morning.

The hospitality and cleanliness of the rooms and staff were awesome. And just steps from the vast blue sea, and a short walk to the Castro makes this the best hotel to stay in Monemvasia.

We stayed at Pramataris with my family 2 nights. The hotel is on the sea side and has a beautiful view. The lady owner Krisula was very kind and friendly.
The hotel is very near the castel of monemvasia.

My room had a beautiful view of water and large deck with table and chairs. The room was kept very clean. We had a nice choice of breakfast items including greek yogurt and a delicious lemon curd. Our caretaker was very helpful and attentive to all of our needs. She was also very informative. In May, there is a farmers market right outside the hotel on Saturdays. The hotel is very close to local restaurants and stores.

Clean and well kept .Quiet for greece.WiFi slow but worked. Excellent location close to everything. Breakfast satisfactory. We are so happy we stayed there and not on the rock where there isn't much around to do. This is a solid three star.

Room tip: Ask for a view of the sea. In winter ask for a smaller room. Ours was a bigger size and the heater struggled to keep the room warm.
