Great hotel. We had an excellent stay. Bery nice and comfortable room. Good bathroom facilities and in the room all the necessities to make coffee, etc. Hotel has a beautiful atrium with reception, area to have breakfast or dine and a very nice bar hotel. Rhe hotel is situated perfectly at the border of the Esplande park and attractions as well as city centre are nearby. Breakfast was a bit expensive, but quallity was good.

Room Tip: We had a room at the front and it was worth it!!

Thanks for taking the time to review our Hotel; it is so great to read that you enjoyed all our facilities including the RISE buffet breakfast and Marine Lounge Bar in the lobby. I’m sorry that you felt the buffet breakfast was expensive but as you’ve commented the quality is top notch and there is a large variety to choose from. We hope to welcome you again soon.

We arrived early but our room was ready which was a real bonus. The receptionist checking us in was very friendly and pleasant, and the other staff we encountered were helpful too.
We'd asked for a room overlooking the pool and we had a ground floor room with a small balcony - this could perhaps do with a coat of paint. The room itself was good, although a little dark due to the balcony and vegetation outside it. There was a bath as well as shower.
There were two pools and it was a bit disappointing that one of them was closed (not the one our room overlooked). We did use the spa baths although they were a little on the chilly side!
The location was excellent, very easy walking distance to both the main shopping street and the harbour.

I’m glad to read that our staff made your stay friendly and pleasant and that you found the central Fremantle location so handy. From time to time we do need to do maintenance on our two swimming pools to keep them up to standard for our guests; we always try to have one available at the very least so I hope that you took advantage during your stay. I will pass on your feedback regarding the temperature of the outdoor spas and have our maintenance team check it for future guests.

We originally booked a Wotif secret hotel deal and ended up staying for two nights. The Duty Manager asked us to join Rydges Priority as a member and to get a better deal and ended getting a great nights rate with breakfast.

Though after some confusion when attempting to go for breakfast, since it was not listed on our room charge list. It was lovely to have such a fantastic customer service Manager who resolved the issue very quickly without making us feel though we were lying.

Highly recommend the breakfast, especially the made to order omelettes and freshly made coffee. Luckily we had some fantastic staff especially the valet, breakfast and the receptionist who were extremely friendly and courteous.

Will be staying again it's so convenient and within walking distance of all the public transport and some great food spots.

Thank you so much for your great feedback and so glad to hear you’re now a Rydges Priority Guest Rewards member; the benefits are certainly worth it! It is great to read that all though you had a small issue, our staff were on hand to fix it with no trouble and you were able to enjoy the delicious RISE buffet breakfast in the Atrium Garden Restaurant. We’ll see you again soon.

The great location means it's in easy walking distance for all the Fremantle sights. The rooms where spacious, clean and comfortable. Great stay the only downside was the buffet over priced and of poor quality. But with all the lovely restaurants, cafés and microbrewery's within walking distance who needs the Buffet? Stayed for business.

You’re right! The location of our Hotel in the heart of Fremantle is perfect for our guests, including business travelers like you. However, I’m sorry to read that you felt the buffet wasn’t up to standard; we often get comments about the great variety and quality. We are always reviewing our offering in this restaurant and welcome your constructive feedback. If you don’t feel like a buffet when you come next time we do have our a la carte restaurant, The Harbour Master which includes a delicious grill menu, local seafood, tapas and also has an alfresco area overlooking the park. We hope to welcome you back again soon so that you can try The Harbour Master for yourself.

stayed one night here, wish I could have stayed more. It's up there in price ($199) per night but the accommodation was excellent. The price included a full breakfast and there was a large variety of foods available. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Room Tip: very comfortable accommodation, across from the park

Thank you for your great feedback on our bed and breakfast package, but sorry to hear you were only with us one night! Our RISE breakfast in the Atrium Garden Restaurant has received great reviews, as do our staff, so thank you for adding to this.

Nice hotel, check in was fast and friendly however the hotel facilities and restaurant opening times etc were not explained. Room is standard product from this group, clean comfortable and with the expected facilities. Room was large and facing the garden with a small balcony overlooking the pool area. Hotel was quiet and no external noise can be heard. Room service was efficient and priced as most large chain hotels are. Check out was good and valet and porter service was also good and our bags were stored without issue. All up a very clean quiet and good Fremantle located hotel.

Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback, I was glad to read you enjoyed your overall stay with us, although I’m sorry to hear that the restaurant information wasn't passed on to you as is standard procedure for check in. I will certainly pass this onto the Front Desk Manager to discuss with his team. Glad you enjoyed our Restaurant to Room menu during your stay which doesn't include a tray charge like most other hotels. Looking forward to seeing you again sometime.

I know of no better place to stay in Fremantle. We were so impressed with this hotel that we returned a second time within a week after coming back from a tour of the southwest.

The Esplanade's location is perfect, within easy walking distance of cafes and restaurants both in South Terrace and High Street, as well as the fishing boat harbor.

The hotel is spacious, the rooms large and comfortable. The staff were courteous and helpful beyond the call of duty. We also enjoyed the large lounge area, which is just right for a relaxing nightcap or cup of tea before bedtime.

My wife and I traveled with our four-year old, so the park across the street was a great resource. The foreshore location also lends itself perfectly to an early morning jog in the fresh sea air.

I recommend the Esplanade to any traveler craving a restful stay in a top hotel that's close to most of Fremantle's attractions. We will certainly stay at the here again next time we pass through Perth.

Room Tip: We stayed on the second and then the third floor. Both rooms were excellent.
