The warmest greeting you will receive at The Terrace B & B will be from the resident dog. Upon arrival at The Terrace we interrupted the managers session on Facebook - a major inconvenience to him. In a cursory fashion we were handed keys, shown with a sweep of the hand where the computer was and where DVDs were located should we wish to use them. A request for milk and an extra blanket was met with utter disdain. We were advised on 2 occasions by the on site manager that he was there "to provide a service" - something he has no concept of. The cleaning lady has a greater understanding than the on site manager about customer service.
It would be of value for the on site manager to understand that the guest is the paying customer instead of holding the view that the Terrace is ever so gracious enough to provide a room to the traveller.More
