Great, if not under-rated spot on the Mall! It's a great tribute to heroes of an over-looked war in American history.

Have never seen this before. Loved the way it was displayed, especially the black wall with all the scenes displayed. Loved to see the Soldiers in the fields.

This is the first time I have been to this particular memorial and the statues are so lifelike. It is truly worth the visit.

There's a ghostly quality to the memorial at night. Limited lighting renders the images of the troops close to surreal.
Located just to the right of the Reflecting Pool as you look towards the Washington Monument from the Lincoln Memorial there's little effort involved in reaching it and to fail to reach it would border on rudeness. An evocative and touching memorial to those that served.

This memorial really invokes the presents of those solders who gave their lives in this conflict. I had no idea that so many other countries where involved, although I have studied about this.
