INNcredible and one of a kind place to stay. Every room is unique and a masterpiece. Fine Art, Musical Items, and Personality Ahoy. Owner Ted made sure everything was perfect. If you are looking for the ordinary this isn't the place.

The Mansion on O Street is magical. This B&B has an inviting personality and a history to tell. Forget those stuffy hotels, stay at the Mansion where you can have the privacy and relaxation everyone desires.

If you want predictability and sameness, go to the Ritz Carlton. If you want to be transported to another time and place, stay at the Mansion. This place is full of personality, the rooms are all different (there's even a 2 floor log cabin room!). The staff are friendly and considerate. But above all, once you enter this place, you forget you're in the middle of a big city. I'd recommend this to anyone that wants a different experience.

This place is beyond disorganized. Don't bother to make a reservation since it will no doubt be hopelessly fouled up by the receptionist. Ask for a king/queen bed and you will get a double, changing rooms leads to an attempt to raise the price. This even though the place was mostly empty. Go get your own morning paper and taxi, because they won't remember to do those either.
The prices are considerably higher than indicated here $300+. Bottom line: This place simply does not provide the level of luxury and comfort that you should get at these prices. "Breakfast" is included but it's just coffee and some dry pastries that you get yourself. I prefer the Ritz-Carlton, or the Swann House B&B. Both are in the Dupont neighborhood and give you better bang for your buck.
