Nice hostel in great location but there was NO HEAT OR HOT WATER!!! I stayed here for over a week and every day except one there was NO hot water to shower and NO heat in the rooms, so we had to sleep in VERY cold room! Temperatures in D.C. at night are in 30s or 40s! It was VERY cold and guests were coughing, sneezing and getting sick. Complained (twice!) to front desk and they keep saying they're going to fix it but didn't happen. One maintenance person came to room and said he couldn't fix the heat and would bring up portable heaters--but never came back! Guest are not being told that there is NO hot water or NO heat!!! I strongly suggest finding another place to stay--and NOT staying here!!!
