This first floor renovated brownstone apartment was just what we needed to explore DC...Steps to the Metro.... We managed to sleep 3 people comfortably with a roll-away cot. The apartment is bright. Not a basement apartment, first floor. Lovely renovated kitchen and bath. Our weather wasn't great first few days, but there is a nice little patio out back and lovely garden out front if the weather cooperates. There is a little café around the corner for breakfast and a small grocery nearby. There was complimentary tea and coffee waiting for us. Gas fireplace, big screen TV and Wi-Fi. Owners who occupy upper living quarters had lots of suggestions for restaurants. We had everything we needed. Would definitely return to this rental. Loved it!!!
