The concierge at my hotel suggested this restaurant before our show at the Kennedy Center. The food was good and the service was excellent. Very nice touch that the owner introduces himself to all the patrons as he walks around to all the tables.

We were here recently after a lightning delayed football game. A quick call and our reservation was revised. When we arrived we were greeted warmly and quickly shown to our table.

The menu and wine list were extensive. Our server did a wonderful job walking us thru the menu and answering our questions. The service was at our pace and we never felt rushed or hurried.

The stone crab appetizer and mozzarella and tomato were all excellent.

My entree was a stuffed steak with a side of penne pasta in a vodka sauce. The pasta was perfectly cooked and correctly sauced. The steak was cooked a bit beyond the requested temperature, but was good nonetheless.

All in all we would return here in a heartbeat.

but after Teddy came to take our order with a very polite but friendly smile, we started to ROCK our dinner!
The authentic Italian pasta sauce is so good (see attached photo) and the seafood lasagna is a must try!
Chef Testa came to the table made us feel very special and told me to eat first before taking photos (cause the food will get cold)!!!

As I walked in I immediately met Chef Testa who graciously welcomed me.

I was underdressed in a T-shirt... don’t make my mistake.

The service was excellent and the food was phenomenal.

It is more formal than most restaurants but the dining options are broad and hard to chose from since they all sound delicious.

We were there on a weeknight. We were greeted by a professional, classy host who seated us where we requested (we had reservations). The service was impeccable, never rushed, lots of attention without being overbearing. The food was simply delicious. The salad was interesting and fresh, the fish was perfectly cooked, the pasta el dente and full of flavor. Really a wonderful experience and great way to spend an evening.
