This will be a really nice Marriott property in about another year. There are still somewhat under construction, and the staff needs a lot more training.
The good = lounge staff, location, potential for nice rooms, comfortable beds, lots of TV channels, bigger rooms, and within walking distance of some nice restaurants.
The bad = still under construction, lumps under carpet where something was left and carpeted over, the fly that stayed on my bathroom floor for 3 days of my stay, being checked into a dirty room, front desk staff...etc
In fact, the happiest employees were the ones in Starbucks, and the guys out front that welcome you to the hotel.
I would try this hotel again in a year, just to see if it improved.
