The only negative thing I can say about this visit was that we could only stay for one night. While most Four Seasons are very nice, this one is especially wonderful. The rooms are extremely comfortable and well appointed. We were in one of their suites this time and it was great. Not to say that the "regular" rooms we were in last time weren't really nice too. As nice as the rooms are, even better is the service. This particular hotel has top notch people working at it. In every way, they were superb - valet, bellmen, front desk, concierge, room service, etc. The only thing I was not so crazy about was the restaurant in the hotel. We were just there for one night, so thought we would try it. Otherwise there is no shortage of good restaurants in Washington, DC so that wouldn't be a drawback. And breakfast was fine.

Stayed at the Four Seasons in DC this Thanksgiving and got 3 rooms for a family vacation. First, the hotel itself was in the perfect location in Georgetown, it was close to various restaurants, shops and was in a nice area were you can just walk around at night (safe in terms of tourist lingo).

The staff was first class at this hotel as most of the four seasons hotels I have stayed in. I had the corner room at the top floor with a view of Georgetown this was the best room in the house (tip if your checking in). The Bourbon Steakhouse was a very nice touch at this hotel and the food was excellent. (you can even have the steak delivered via room service if you wanted but we chose to dine at the restaurant)

This is the second time I stayed at this location and the last time was 4 years ago. Service is still the same and still one of my favorite hotels in DC. The only negative for tourist is that you can't just walk to the white house, smithsonian museums and the metro is a walk but its Georgetown and if you been looking around you would already know this.

Overall, if your going to DC this may be on the expensive side but worth every penny. If your going here and using the Amex fine hotels and resorts they have a really good spa and you will get the $100 credit with your stay as an amenity at this location with the complimentary breakfast every morning.

I recently traveled for business and was able to take my wife and two young children (3 1/2 & 8 months). The hotel made our staff absolutely fantastic for all of us.

Upon entry into our room, there was customized plates welcoming my boys with cookies and the fixings to decorate them. They provided bath toys and bubbles, laid out the cutest and most comfortable bed linens and answered all of the requests a 3.5 year old could think of.

The excellent service the hotel provided my family made it much easier for me to run off to business meetings.

Thank you Four Seasons Georgetown.

First trip to Washington - Georgetown is such a great place and the Four Seasons lived up to its usual high standards - but what was so nice was the friendliness of any of the staff that you met and nothing was too much trouble. It was a very busy time for them and the hotel must have been very full but it was if you were the only guests there - at breakfast they remembered your order and your name - felt very special - looking forward to the day I can return !

simply put. I had the pleasure to stay here for work. The meeting space is very functional. Indoor pool and spa above par. Exceptional personable customer service. Location (Georgetown) is great for shopping and varies dining options.

The hotel's car service is a BMW that will take you anywhere in DC.

Room Tip: West wing rooms.

Really pleased with this hotel. And any property can a few blights but if the staff are great then it magnifies your experience.
This is the route I wanted to take. There are always great beds, nice decorations and close to excellent restaurants but I wanted to highlight the staff because they made the difference for me personally. The five days I stayed on business, at the end I felt like I was moving out and sad to go. So if Management do read these reviews you have a professional team. I look foward to returning.

Flawless comfort and tranquility in a big city. Not cheap, but worth it
