I stayed in a room with a King bed on the 3rd floor. Didn't have much of a view, unless you like brick walls, but what a great room. There's a bathroom with a window that opens for some fresh air, there is a dressing area just outside the bathroom, then there's the main room with the bed and TV. Off the main room, opposite the dressing area, was a little kitchen area! There was room enough for a little table and two chairs, a fridge, sink, coffee maker. It's a great little set up, comfy beds and linens, in a quiet location close to the White House. And the price was great! The only problem I had was that the A/C blew too hard and really dried out my sinuses. I'm not a fond of fans blowing on me directly at night.
