4/17/12. Internet did not work and the front desk did not have an 800 # to phone for assistance; I had tons of work to do and was not able to do any of it; it gets better: the hotel has only 2 ice-machines and neither worked. I called the front desk and was told that one had been reset and should work in about an hour. At 10 a.m. the next day, neither machine worked. Rooms are average at best, nothing fancy. I will not stay there again, despite the fact that the rate is usually good. What's the point if the ammenities needed and advertised do not work?
Positive Point: The staff are really good; the woman on day-shift was nice, even when she could not resolve problems, and the guy on evening shift found me a cup of ice from somewhere and brought it to me. That was very nice of him. While I needed more than a cup, I still appreciate his "extra-steps."More
