Made our first visit to this new restaurant and were very impressed. From the new building to the fine service and great menu of food, some of which is grown on site, the entire experience is well worth the price, albeit a little on the higher end. We had the shrimp and grits and the carnita burrito, both of which were outstanding and just the right portions. Great addition to the area!!

With fresh seafood and meats, sustainability and an incredible luxury feel. The food is constantly changing and has incredible flavor, I'd mention a dish, but you'll never have the same thing twice! An absolute MUST GO if you are in auburn for any reason.

Thank you WanderingLegend for sharing your experience! It is challenging to change the menu with the rhythms of the seasons, but we enjoy the results of the harvest everyday! We thank you for your support and hope to see ya'll at Acre soon!

Lovely restaurant with amazing gourmet food! And talk about fresh ... they grow much of it right there on the premises ... carrots, peppers, herbs, raspberries, apples, pears, peaches ...to name a few. (We chatted with the chef David Bancroft as he was bringing in carrots he just harvested from their garden). We started with an excellent spicy tower of green fried tomatoes. Moved on to the wonderful rib eye special... and finished with their dessert board ... oh my! We four also enjoyed their specialty drink called Some Beach. We will definitely go back!

Had a dedicated chef dinner here with I think six courses (lost count ;-). An absolute culinary journey with exciting combinations and great presentation.
Service excellent throughout as well.

My husband and I ate at Acre for the first time recently and we have been back many times since. To start with it is a beautiful restaurant with a cool, funky atmosphere!! The food is delicious and the service is excellent. They have a really nice bar as well. The fried green tomato appetizer is a must and the bread pudding dessert is awesome!! Pricey but so worth it!!
