“Best Value Around”

We stayed 2 nights. 5 people in the room: 2 adults, 15 year-old, 11 year-old and 3 year-old. We had 2 queens and a pull out chair. My 3 year-old slept on the pull out chair. We put the mattress for the pull out chair on the floor for safety.
Here are the quick bullet points:

Plus: Friendly staff
Plus: Clean room
Plus: Prompt service: extra towels & replacement tv remote
Plus: Easy access to luggage storage
Plus: Easy check-in & check-out
Plus: Very quick walk to both parks
Plus: Ate 2 breakfasts @ Millie’s (right out front of the hotel). Decent food, good service and reasonably priced: each breakfast for 5 people with tip was under $50; only complaint is the coffee wasn’t very good.

Negative: Pizza Hut: ran out of eggs one morning: opted to eat at Millie’s again

I would absolutely stay here again. The earlier you book the more you’ll save. Our room for 5 of us was <$150 (excluding taxes and fees).

We stayed here on July 6-8 2012. Hotel room was nice we had a kids suite. Rug was a little worn.
Two washer & dryers on each floor and were always being used some were not working. Stayed up until 2 am to finish.
Staff was wonderful very nice and friendly. Beds where comfortable or I would not have stayed 3 nights. You can walk across the street to Disneyland. Five minute walk. The wi-fi worked fine had no problem with the speed and it was free. Parking is $11.00 a day. I would stay here again.

Room Tip: If you have kids try to stay in a suite. Gives the kids their own TV.

I stayed here on a family vaca back in 01 so I knew the location was good for Disneyland. Stayed here with my fiance this time. The room was very spacious, especially the vanity area so I liked this a lot, plenty of room for all your toiletries etc.
I agree with other complaints about the noise of children running along the verandahs outside the rooms in the mornings. This was SO annoying and loud, it woke us up every single morning. We never ate on level 3, I don't know why you would when Downtown Disney is right across the road and is full of amazing food options.
The laundry room was great to do washing as we stayed for 6 nights, they could have more though we had to wait until 10pm for one to be available (and then stay awake for washing and drying to finish) other than that we loved it and the location and would stay here again.
The free internet in the room never worked, it was slow and always crashed. The ones in the lobby were not much better. Luckily I didn't need to use it much on this leg of the trip.
The house keeper was great, our room was always cleaned to perfection.

Room Tip: Maybe ask for a room at the far end of the corridor so you don't get people walking or running b...

My family has annual passes to Disneyland and we sometime stay for the weekend instead of driving home. This Marriott is within walking distance to Disney & California Adventure with a McDonald's right next to it. The pool is outside and nice for a afternoon soak. The Hotel has a mini convenient store located in the Lobby and a children's check-in area. They have Valet parking and a Taco Bell inside the hotel. The hotel itself show's it age with furniture and fixtures, but it is a great location.

Always the procrastinator, I waited until the last possible moment to make reservations for a visit to Disneyland. The Fairfield Inn was the only option with rooms still available.. that was within walking distance of the main gate. The nightly rate was a bit high - to be expected given the destination, time of year and last minute booking.
I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the room and the friendliness of the staff. I'd stayed at another off-property location on a previous visit to Disneyland and found the opposite to be true.
I was also suprised at how quiet the room was, even given its proximity to the pool.
The only down side to our visit was having to get out of the pool early one evening because someone had chosen to use the pool as a bathroom. My daughter wouldn't go back in the pool for the rest of our visit.

Room Tip: look for upper floor rooms with a Disney view and you can watch the fireworks that are set off night...

Short walk to Disneyland that allowed to start early in the morning come back for swim and rest during the heat of the day then head back for and evening session. Rooms were spacious enought to spread out for 3 nights with good onsite facilities, especially arriving later in the day. Clean, serviced and simple. Would stay again.

My family and I stayed at the Fairfield Inn Anaheim Disney Resort for 2 nights. We arrived at the hotel around 10PM. The person at the front desk provided no information about the hotel other than how to locate our room. After unloading the car and finding our room we found a Pizza Hut located in the hotel which was great since it was late. The service was good and we only waited about 15 minutes for our pizza. Our hotel room was clean and comfortable. The next morning we discovered that breakfast was located in the "Pizza Hut" but were disappointed when we discovered that the make your own waffles cost $2.50...these are the same waffles that other hotels include in their free breakfast buffet. Very dissapointed so we ventured out for a hot breakfast and went to Mille's restaurant which was located directly in front of the hotel. The food and service were good. The cost of the meal was very reasonable too..much less than I expected based on the proximity to Disneyland. Overall I think that we would stay here again.
