We began our family reunion here, staying in a group of rooms. We booked it, because they were offering rooms for $109 per night due to the massive construction occurring onsite, and because we could walk to Disneyland from there. We were the only ones in our group that had an issue with one of the beds. We had a bed that gave way in the center and made a racket every time the person in it turned or moved. I am a light sleeper, so it kept me up much of the night. The other rooms did not have the same problem and so the rest of our group slept well. The breakfast was not good and that was disappointing. We had the option of staying an extra night, but chose to move to a different hotel in the area. We have been to Anaheim enough that we knew we could do better. Overall, it wasn't horrible, but we won't stay here again.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience here. Quite a few things went wrong, have listed them in order:
1. Booking time:
Went on their website & noticed a special offer for black friday, no where on the website did it say it was for online bookings only (or would have just booked online). So went to front desk & asked if had vacancy & about offer. Was told have to book online to get special deal, so used our own internet on phone & then took approx. 15 mins until the confirmation came thru on their system! So had to wait in lobby without being offered anything a coffee or anything etc.

2. Room:
When booking finally came thru, was told room i booked was already booked out & would upgrade us to a 2 queen bedroom, was ok with that.
The actual room wasn't very nice at all. Dark pieces of someones hair was already on both beds, and i have blonde hair! So definitely wasn't mine. Then, to make things worse- I got bitten by something in the bed in middle of night!

3. Paper thin walls:
Could hear exactly everything next door was saying, and boy were they noisy!! 3 kids, 2 adults, and obviously didn't respect other guests by not trying to be more quiet at 1am! I rang front desk to see if we could change rooms & was told they are overbooked so had nothing, and would call next door room to ask them to be quiet. Noise was much better i must say.

4. Construction noise:
Woke up in morning to noisy construction going on at front of building. And this was on a saturday at 7am!! So with not much sleep, was very tired indeed and could not sleep longer than i hoped too. Also woke to find cars parked everywhere, as obviously don't have adequate spaces.

5. Breakfast:
No space at all for breakfast to sit down, were so busy. So we took ours to our room & had to sit in their!

So all in all, a really terrible experience & would never go back.
We booked for 2 nights, & could only stand 1. We found a much nicer place for only $20/night more. So glad we made the change!

The hotel was functional, and the beds were comfortable ... but there were two issues. (1) there was substantial building taking place, and if I am expected to stay on a building site when on holiday, I should be told - I believe - and (2) In addition to the room and resort charge, they took an additional $25 off my credit card - not a 'hold' as most places do, but a 'take'. I eventually emailed them about it and whilst I didn't receive a reply, the $25 was returned. Watch your credit card statements! ...

This Inn offers free wi-fi, in room safe, ironing board and iron, TV with remote, fridge, microwave an coffee maker. It was very clean. There is not a big dresser to put your clothes and bags into. You can stack the bags in the closet, and there are 3 small drawers below the TV. I would recommend traveling with minimal baggage.

The best part about this place is that it is located right next to Disneyland parking or you can walk to the park within 15 minutes or take a bus.

Room Tip: Rooms far away from the front desk area are probably quieter. We were in room 109 where it was very noisy while the construction was going on.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The front desk staff was awesome, Ian and Esmeralda checked us in and they were so friendly and helpful! Our king suite was very spacious and clean. We will definitely stay there again!
