If you're looking for a privately owned establishment, you will not be disappointed with Hotel Pepper Tree. It's located just a few miles from Disneyland and near many different dining options. Its location allows you to take a break from Disney's over-priced food choices. The check-in process was easy. Rick and his staff were very friendly and helpful. They always took the time to explain and give directions when asked. The room was wonderful. It has a kitchen, full-sized refrigerator, and a balcony (do not expect nice view though). The property also has a decent size heated swimming pool and free parking. One thing to note, let the front desk person know during check-in if you do not want the $2.50 breakfast deal or it will be included in your bill. We didn't ask and ended up paying for three meals even though we only ate there once (food was just so-so).

Recently stayed at Hotel Pepper Tree on a part business par pleasure trip. The thing that stands out the most is the great service and friendly staff at the hotel. They were very willing help and exceeded our expectations. The hotel has full kitchens including full size refrigerator so that we could save money on going out to eat. We spend a day at Disneyland, it's just a quick 8-10 minute drive to the parking structure. A great place to stay with the family to save money, but still be near the park. We will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.

This was THE BEST place we have ever stayed. We were on a VERY tight budget, so having a kitchen to cook our meals saved tons and tons of money. (There are 2 grocery stores close by....one across the street, and a Ralph's (fry's) a block away!) OH....and restaurant next door---THE BEST breakfast around... and VERY inexpensive!!
The room was amazingly comfortable, roomy, and the patio was so beautiful! The pool was fun for us after a salty day at the beach.
The manager, Rick, at the Pepper Tree was absolutely hands down, the nicest man we have ever met. He and the rest of the wonderful staff made our stay a dream. We searched for 2 months trying to find a place affordable and comfortable enough for 5 people...and this place fit both criteria. It's so obvious that this is NOT a chain.....the staff and owners here are so willing to accommodate you, they go way above the norm...... definitely pride of ownership! I highly recommend this place..... We will be back to California.....and ......we would never stay anywhere else! (it was actually a great location to everywhere we went....Disneyland, Balboa Park, Newport Beach, etc...) A++++++ rating!

Room Tip: I think any room in this establishment would be perfect!!

My wife and I have been staying at this location for the past few years now every time we are in Los Angeles visiting family, or friends. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is very appealing with it's amenities. A huge plus is the Kitchenette, and the Manager's special. It can't be beat, even by the Web businesses that say they can get you a place inexpensively. It has a small gym that normally is available but our most recent trip was being upgraded. I look forward to seeing it our next trip with the upgrades. Oh.. and get the family breakfast deal. It's the best deal in California.. let alone Los Angeles. Parking is safe in either the front or rear of the hotel and unlike other area's in Anaheim, you don't pay extra for the pleasure of being within a few miles of Disneyland.

Room Tip: Again, Manager's special is the best deal!!

A great affordable hotel about an exit down the road from Disneyland. A little older but charming and clean. My family & I like this place so much when we booked our second trip back to Anaheim this is the only place we wanted to be. Best hotel Breakfast around (in the restaurant next door) were they serve real food (ie eggs). I just wish the Internet was included like some of the other hotels in the area rather than having to go down & get a code. Staff was helpful. Thanks Peppertee for another wonderful vacation! You can't go wrong staying here!!!

The Hotel pepper Tree has been one of the best hotels I have ever been on. We arrived at approximately ten in the evening from an eight hour flight, and where quite impressed when we arrived at a really welcoming place. The front desk gave us our key, told us where we would be, and we proceeded to move on. When we first arrived at our hotel room, we knew that we would fall in love with the hotel! The bathrooms were BEYOND clean. The kitchenette was a really nice touch, and it was clean. Beds were extremely comfortable, and no noise was heard from the outside. Would recommend this hotel to ANYONE.
