The hotel was very clean, and suites were perfect with plenty of room and lots of mirrors for teenage girls to 'get ready' away from others. Nice to have the shuttle stop outside the hotel, as it was a little to far to walk, especially after a long day walking in the parks. We never did eat in the restaurant, but the cafe had plenty for a quick grab to take up to the room before heading out. Staff was very courteous and helpful, and housekeeping was excellent. Only wish was that the pool area stayed open later to soak those tired muscles in the hot tub. Though the beds were soooo comfortable after a long day! Didn't hear any road noise at night, nor did we hear any noise from other guests when we were in our room. We will definitely stay here again.

This hotel was a wonderful place for my friends and I. We had 3 days to explore parts of Orange County and LA. The room was gorgeous and the hotel had great amenities including a wonderful pool and chocolate chip cookies at the front desk! It was a great, comfortable, and reasonable place to stay, right in the heart of Anaheim.

Close enough to walk to Convention Center, a little far from Disney BUT the resort shuttles stop right outside. Good rooms, Excellent attentive and dedicated friendly staff. 10th floor was quiet and well apointed suites.

We stayed at this hotel last week for our first visit to Disneyland, and we couldn't have been happier. The shuttle worked great, the restaurant was convenient, and the staff were wonderful. I highly recommend the Doubletree for a visit to Disney.

This is my second stay in four months there. The big draw is the suites, plus the Hilton name. The suites are large and spacious, and the bathroom is separate from the bedroom. Now I am from NY and I walk alot so believe me when I say it's a long walk from the Doubletree to Disneyland, especially after a long day there. Fortunately, you can take the ART bus that stops right in front of the hotel (3 line) or the 1 line that will drop you off at the Travelodge across the street that will take you right to Disneyland/California Adventure. There is a Ruth Chris Steakhouse, Denny's, IHOP, AM/PM, gas station, and small liquor store all within 5 minutes of the hotel. There is also a restaurant in the hotel, where kids eat free when an adult orders an entree, but we thought the food was salty. Also there is a pool on the second floor (it's on a roof but not the top roof) that is heated and warm. The one thing I don't like is that you have to pay $20/day for parking but what can you do? Wifi is free and they offer Kuerig style coffee machines with tea and good coffee.
