Stayed here for a couple of nights while crusing DisneyLand. The first night was a suite and very nice. King Bed and a pullout in the other room. enough room for 4 people. small coffee maker and fridge for convenience. Bathroom was a bit small, but we managed. The breakfast was great in the Dining room as part of our Diamond Membership. The second Night we switched rooms because the Hotel was full for start of Spring Break and the Cheerleaders convention. We went to two queens and the room was fine for Points stay. Of course the hot breakfast was a great starter. Overall great stay and Hotel. Did not do much in the hotel as we were there for Disneyland. this hotel is in close walking distance to Disney and you can catch the Art Trolleys just out across the street for those who prefer the ride. Hotel Charges for parking as this is the norm for CA.

Room Tip: I always like high floors, this Hotel was about 7 storys.

This is a wonderful place to stay if you're visiting Southern California. The hotel is beautiful, clean and pleasant. The staff is warm, cheerful and helpful. We thought the welcome warm chocolate chip cookies were not necessary but appreciated the personal touch. Free wi-fi was definitely a thumbs up for us. Our room also had a microwave. We've stayed at over 20 different hotels around Disneyland, and not all of them provide microwaves. That comes in handy if you have small children. The only draw back was the tiny workout room with only 2 treadmills and an elliptical. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

We stayed at the Doubletree to enjoy Disneyland for a couple of days. My impression was that the shuttle is free--beware, it is not. You still have to pay per person for transportation--even though you have to pay a parking fee of $16 a day (if you park your car at the hotel). I don't understand the logic in that--seems like we are paying twice for the same thing. The walk is not bad--but it is a mile--you need a stroller for the little ones. Also, the TV channels are limited --no Disney Jr. or Nick Jr. for younger kids. Again, I don't understand that as this is a hotel that caters to families. The coffee shop does allow kids to eat free but of course they make up for it in other ways--food was just ok for the price. Pool is warm but nothing spectacular. Room was very quiet, very clean. My daughter loved all 8 cookies we received (we were only a party of 3). If you really want a special vacation for the kids I'd stay at one of the pricier resort hotels--the pools there are incredible and the proximity to Disneyland/CA Adventure is a bonus.

After a tiring and rainy day of Disneyland, this hotel made our night better. Very close to Disneyland. Lots of choices for food nearby. Very spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Clean. Awesome warm chocolate walnut cookies upon arrival! So good! Should have came with milk.

We stayed at the Doubletree suites for 4 nights as part of a 3 week USA holiday. After landing in LA after a long flight the Doubletree was a lovely respite and the staff could not have been more welcoming.
The suite itself whilst a little small overall, perfectly suited us as a family of four although a little kitchen would have made it perfect. The two double beds in the bedroom were very comfortable and the thick curtains allowed a nap upon arrival which was heavenly. The bathroom was simple and clean and the vanity being located outside the bathroom worked well for quick preparations to leave each day. The living area was small but well designed and the sofa bed quite comfortable.
The pool was refreshing and the breakfast at the restaurant very nice.
The hotel is quite a walk from Disneyland but we did it daily with two children including a 5 year old with not too much trouble. Despite our efforts we found the bus service unreliable and never did manage to catch one to the park.
Parking at the hotel was easy and there were several fast food type restaurant options close by which served the purpose of quick meals after a busy day.

For the price paid we were very happy with Doubletree and would stay again. LOVED Disneyland and hope to be back

My daughter and I stayed here for 3-nights and it was a nice hotel. The staff was friendly and the rooms were large, and clean. The shuttle to Disneyland was right out in front of hotel, and I liked that my car was in a secured parking area only for hotel guests. Will plan on staying here in the future.
