My family and I stayed here for 5 nights in April 2017. We went both to east and west coast and have stayed in a few hotels in the 3 weeks in total that we had our holiday. Hands down this was the best hotel we stayed at during our holidays. We stayed in a 2 queen bed family suite and it has exceeded all our expectations. Have you ever stayed in a hotel where the flooring is not carpet? Well I haven't and this was a first for us which we loved because having kids, we know that the floors are clean! The room was so spacious which was welcomed since we bought a lot as in a lot of shopping plus we had other stuff that we already brought with us coz of our kids. The staff where all so helpful and friendly with special mention to the manager Mimi who I have been emailing even before our arrival. Being an IHG member we had early check in and late check out. We also had special goodies sent to our room and drink vouchers. The hotel is not even 5 minutes walk to CPK, Cheesecake Factory, PF Chang and Bubba Gump so you will never run out of choices for food. Across the road is Walgreens for all your needs and across Walgreens is CVS pharmacy. Disneyland is about 15 minutes walk depending on how fast you walk. We were slow and with two kids it wasn't a burdern to walk. Lots to see while walking anyway so you wouldn't really mind. IHOP is along the way to Disneyland. This hotel also has a special transport service called Johnny's and man he is the best. He will take you around Anaheim in his big SUV far cheaper than a taxi! I definitely highly recommend this hotel! Hotel Indigo rocks!

We stayed at the Indigo because of the reviews here on Trip Advisor. So glad we did!
What a lovely hotel---so clean and modern.
Our check-in was made effortless and delightful by Jordan, who explained things about the hotel and gave us perfect rooms. Thank you, Jordan.
The rooms are so clean---our number one priority. One of the best clean features is the wood laminate flooring instead of the usual suspect carpeting at most hotels where you might be afraid to walk barefoot on. Only small drawback is that we could occasionally hear the person walking above us, but not too bad at all.
And the bathroom is wonderful. The above the counter sink is great and there's good counter space for products that I totally appreciate. Speaking of products, they have Aveda which is really one of the best. And a beautiful shower!
On the second floor, the window actually opens and even though there was some construction next door, just being able to get some fresh air is appreciated.
Good bed and very good tv with lots of channels.
Good location across from Starbucks.
Excellent perks like free Wi-fi (although a bit slow) and free parking which is really appreciated.
So overall, a really nice hotel and very reasonably priced. We will stay there again, for sure.

Thank you, ShelleyB17, for your terrific review of the Hotel Indigo Anaheim. I am happy you selected our hotel because of our high ranking on TripAdvisor. We do have a clean and modern hotel. We are proud of our rich agricultural history here in the Anaheim Resort. We appreciate our compliments about our service. Guests love our hardwood style flooring, contemporary shower with a bowl sink, shower head, hand shower and Aveda spa products. We just upgraded to new, plush pillows. Our location is top notch, just 2 blocks from both Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center, 2 buildings away from the Anaheim GardenWalk with the Cheesecake Factory and other popular restaurants (and yes! Starbucks across the street). We feel we have the best value in town as one of the last hotels that do not charge a daily parking or resort fee and complimentary WiFi. We hope to see you again very soon!

Indigo is a boutique hotel. It was a newer hotel so everything appeared brand new and right out of an HGTV show. We had a king suite which was perfect for us and our tween and teenager. They slept on the sleeper sofa in a room with their own tv, with my wife and I in a very comfortable king bed with another big screen LCD tv separated by an upscale spa like bathroom. They had a small excellent cafe attached serving above average breakfast. There was also a nice pool with a free parking garage below. What struck us the most was how friendly and helpful all of the staff was at this operation. The management has a done an excellent job hiring people with a very good customer service skill set. The walk to Disney seemed a bit long and tiring, but reality is by the time you could Uber your way over to the front gate you could have walked over. It was about a 10 minute walk and you didn't have to pay to park at Disney. We'd stay here again in a heart beat.

Room Tip: Go for the king suite. Not much more and worth having the privacy from kids.

Just stayed one night before our day at Disneyland. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Walls are a little thin and noise from guests above was irritating but that wasn't staff's fault.
We were able to see the fireworks from Disney that night from our room window. I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel Indigo sets the standard for customer service. At check-in we were offered bottled water and staff were very welcoming. All employees were friendly and being handed the daily paper at breakfast by the manager is a touch that starts your day on the highest note.

Breakfast is reasonably priced (if not part of your package) and set in a funky relaxed area facing the fully stocked bar. The food was delicious with changes and dietary requirements easily accommodated. The breakfast/bar/chef staff offered quick attentive service and were fantastic to deal with. We didn't use the bar due to being at Disneyland or out for dinner but they had regular drink and food specials and happy hour.

The double queen suite we had is easily big enough for 3-5 people and the bathroom was luxurious with the best shower we had in the US. Each room had aircon controls and the televisions worked perfectly. Refrigerator is empty so no mini bar issues.

The front of the hotel has a small water fountain light show every half hour at night and the lift allows you to see the street as you go up which is a novelty for the kids. The pool/spa area is small and probably needed some plants. It came with a small gazebo type area to escape the sun and relax.

It is a 15 minute walk to Disneyland or a short Uber ride. Within 100m is the Garden Walk restaurant and retail area. This restaurant area is better than the Downtown Disney area in my opinion and less crowded. We ate at the Cheesecake Factory and the Fire & Ice grill and bar which both provided excellent food. I also recommend Pizza Press closer to Disneyland if you want a quiet cheaper night in or fine in for craft beers.

A good renovation but the staff made this hotel and should be applauded by management.

Thank you, headinajar, for your excellent review of the Hotel Indigo Anaheim! We are glad to hear that you felt welcomed by the staff. Yes, our Chambers Bar & Bistro has the best cooked-to-order breakfast and Happy Hour deals at night with a full bar. We do have spacious rooms and deluxe showers with a shower head, hand shower and Aveda spa products. All rooms are equipped with a refrigerator and flat panel TV. We call our fountain the "mini Bellagio." Many people who walk by are entertained by the music , water and light show. We are located in the heart of Anaheim, just 2 blocks from Disney and the Anaheim Convention Center and 2 buildings away from all the popular restaurants. Thank you again for your compliments! Hope to see you again.
