Not enough plug-ins in room, To run the frig, had to unplug microwave. Furnace fan ran, but room never warmed up. Mold around tub. Check-in process quick and friendly. Advertised great play area for kids but it was never open. Hot tub almost hot. Loved to Kurig coffee maker and tea offered. Loved the gift shop. If you choose express service offered so room is serviced before 1pm, don't expect your beds to be made... it is minimal service. Be careful flipping thru channels. Our kids got an eye full with no warning or purchase necessary!

This was my first trip to the Disneyland area, so had no idea how close the hotel was in relation to the front gates of the park. We arrived well before normal check in time, and luckily our room was ready as we'd just come off a 14 hour flight. Check in was easy and the staff were friendly, providing a map of the hotel area and advising a couple of places close by to eat.
Although the room was a little dated, it was extremely clean, and large. The bed was very comfortable. Our room was situated in building 2, there was no road or park noise, extremely quiet. The only downfall is the elevator is a little slow and small, especially with people checking in and out all the time, so the stairs were often the faster option to take.

Would definitely stay here again, it was a nice walk to the park each morning and we felt safe walking back at night.

First, the hotel is very close to the park, which was great for walking to and from with our baby. However, one reason you want it to be close is so you can come and nap mid-day. We were in a top floor king suite that had huge skylights that couldn't be closed, so the room was bright during the day, making it impossible for anyone to nap. We ended up having to put our crib in the bathroom so our baby could get some much needed rest during the day. Another issue was the heating system. When it was turned on, it sounded like a jackhammer in our room. We called down to the front desk who said maintenance would look after it, and never did. The suite itself was big, but the "kitchenette" was a fridge and microwave, no sink, no utensils, anything.Last, this property is close to the Hwy so the road noise at night is very loud. For the price, I would not recommend.
