“Worked for us.”
Reviewed 4 June 2012

My husband and I were at Disney for one night, and chose this motel due to Trip Advisor. We were able to check in at 10 AM, and leave our car there. The room was clean, 2 queens and a sofa bed. Corner room 222 upstairs, allowed us to have cross ventilation which was good because the room smelled musty. Everything else was clean, even the vinyl shower curtain. We had a good nights sleep after walking miles all day long, and the price was right.

We found this hotel on tripadvisor and it was better than expected. We stayed in two rooms closest to the pool and upstairs.

I really liked the blinds on the windows. I know that's a funny start but they were easy to operate and very effective.

The WiFi worked good and when I needed to use a printer (we just had a laptop) they let me use the one in the hotel office. The man at the desk actually suggested it so I didn't feel like I was imposing.

I would like a better breakfast but was impressed that the danish were fresh and I thought the OJ was good. The staff was very friendly and appreciated our business.

We bought the shuttle to Disneyland but we could have walked. It was cheap enough we wanted the option because we had kids with us.

The pool was nice and property was clean. No reason to complain, but we just needed a clean place to sleep.

This is our third time back and this time it was with the whole family. There were five of us, we had a two queen and a sofabed room. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were always clean and made up for us. One day we stayed in and made it a pool day and we told the housekeeper all we wanted were extra towels and that she didn't need to make the room up. She came back and checked on us to make sure we didn't want anything else and then later another housekeeper came by and checked on us again. The price per night that we paid was very reasonable. I've seen a couple reviews that didn't like their breakfast and I'll just say it was small. They have pastries and small muffins with OJ and coffee, whenever it got low the staff made sure they filled it back up even when we were late getting there. For us it was perfect since we don't eat a big breakfast anyway and got us going until we wanted lunch later. With the price I paid per night I'm happy they even have this.

Room Tip: There is a nice row of small eateries very close by in a small strip mall on the corner of Katella a...

We stayed on two separate occasions and had possibly the best room and the worst room in the complex. Our first stay we had an upstairs room which was quite large (2 queen beds and a sofa bed). Our second stay we had a smaller downstairs room right next to the ice machine (2 queen beds). We noticed a noticable difference in the noise level and the light level between the two rooms, but it was literally a place to sleep, and the ice machine although quite noisy, certainly didn't disrupt anybody's sleep.
The pool was nice, the staff were friendly and helpful and it was great that you can check in at any time which was meant we could check in after spending the day (and night) at Disneyland.
Easy walking distance to Disneyland, and there is a shuttle service (that you purchase) that departs directly across the road with drop off right at the door.
Would definitely recommend.

Room Tip: If I were to stay again I would request an upstairs room, but that is a personal preference.

Flew into LA and needed 1 night stay before checking into Paradise Pier at Disneyland. Found this hotel through tripsdvisor. Excellent choice. Staff was friendly, helpful. Room was just right for family of 4 with 2 adult children (sleeper sofa and 2 queen beds). Great location. Would recommend for anyone searching for inexpensive, clean, friendly hotel near Disneyland.

Rooms were large. Beds were not comfy. Limited pillows and blankets. Fridge, microwave, safe add to the room amenities. Breakfast sucked. Mini muffins, oj, and cheap coffee. No shuttle service. Good front desk help. Would stay again but prepare for Micky D's.

Our robotic team and families stayed here when we were there for the VEX World Championship. The rooms were clean and the hotel staff very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were adequately furnished for our needs and the hotel location was close to the convention center. The breakfast was a little on the short side, I might suggest rotating the selection of breakfast items and large cups for coffee.
