I couldn't have been more pleased with the service, the room, the location, everything! When they didn't have the double I requested, they gave me a king jacuzzi room with a roll away at no additional charge. 15 mins after I checked in, they called the room to make sure everything was okay. Clean, right across the street from Disney, next door to IHOP, free parking (they didn't charge me for the last minute extra car either!). I'll stay here anytime I take trip to Disneyland.

I was a little worried about this hotel with it's VERY close proximity to the Disneyland/California Adventure gates and how busy it must be and the relatively low price. Most of the reviews I read were positive, but there were a few negatives. We found it to be a hotel in a busy area of hotels. The lobby is comfortable and homey looking. The desk staff were helpful, efficient, and courteous. Our room was large enough (we spent the day at Disneyland and only needed a bathroom and bed by the time we returned!) and very clean. We did not have any problems with noise, but were in a 2nd floor room at the end of the building. The complimentary breakfast was okay, it would be better if it had some protein (bring some peanut butter to spread on toast). The rooftop patio is nice and comfortable and is a good place to watch the fireworks (but plan to see them at least once from the park!) My adult daughter left her wedding ring in the room inadvertently and when she called a few hours later they had it and made arrangements to send it to her. We appreciate the honest staff member who found it. Our only concern was the room they have available to store luggage in if you arrive before your room is ready (we arrived at 10 am) is not secure. I was okay leaving my suitcase with clothing and toiletries in it, but we carried cameras, a laptop computer, and anything else valuable with us in a backpack. Be prepared for this...there are lockers at Disneyland and California Adventure that can store your more valuable items if you arrive at the hotel early and want to get started at the parks. I will definitely stay here again if we take another trip to Disneyland. It IS the closest hotel to the parks and a short walk to the main gate.

Service was great and very helpful.
Rooms neat and tidy.
Amenities good, free internet and local calls.
Right Across the road from Disney entrance, excellent spot.
Request a top floor room, the noise from rooms above can be very annoying and difficult when trying to sleep.

Good luck, Fishers 2009 Australia.

We stayed in room 140 with a spa tub. It was a wonderful room and unlike other reviews on this website, the tub filled up fast and was spectacular after walking all day at Disney. The iwireless nternet was EXTREMELY slow though. We told them that it was our anniversary and there was an excellent fruit and wine basket waiting for us when we arrived. They let us check in early, park and go into Disney. We picked up the keys when we came back that evening. The staff was wonderful and very accomodating. There was great coffee and fresh chocolate chip cookies in the office. The room had a microwave and refridgerator. Plenty of towels, two spa robes, and a comfortable bed. The business center didn't work when we were there, but the staff not only printed our boarding passes, but even made flight seat adjustments for us. They were really nice. Overall it was an excellent stay and we will stay here from now on when we come to Disney. Thank you Park Vue, for a great stay, we can't wait to come back, Elizabeth

When searching the Disneyland area for a place to stay this seemed to be the most convenient and not a bad $ for the location. It turned out to be a Great location, you can't beat the easy walk across the street right into Disneyland. The continental breakfast that was offered was quite good - yogurts, fresh fruit, juices, bagels, croissants. The room was very large and equipped with a microwave, coffeemaker, small refrigerator and hair dryer. The beds were very comfortable. If we were to return to this inn again, we would request a room without adjoining doors. The adjoining doors had zero insulation, which made for a noice problem when the family next door returned from their day at the park. Screaming kids running around shooting their toy guns and being yelled at by their parents wasn't exactly how my husband and I had planned to spend our evenings.

We stayed at this hotel because of the glowing reviews it had received on Trip Advisor; however, we were sorely dissapointed. The walls were paper thin, and we would hear people walking above us. The pool was being renovated while we were there and no one cared to mention that when we made our reservations. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, the blankets had holes in them and the exit door was filthy on the inside. Our children were crabby because they didn't sleep well and therefore our last day was somewhat miserable. The breakfast was convenient and better than what I was expecting. We will not stay there again even though they are right across the street from the main entrance. It will be worth our time to walk a bit more for a good night's sleep.
