I would have liked to have been up in the front somewhere, not all the way to the back by the parking lot. We did not feel very safe. The rooms were not cleaned in a timely manner, we had to advise them

Beds are very hard and sheets are scratchy. We have stayed 4 times and everytime we cannot checkin at 3pm check in time. We are always forced to wait at least 1-2hours after check in. Staff are always rude and unhlepful. Walls are paper thin and the last time we stayed the ceiling began to leak and this time the A/C was not working and when we asked to switch rooms they said we could not and had to deal with it. Then I found a manager and told him we have a dog and can not stay here with no A/C and magically a room became available after bothering him.
If you are staying here b/c of a dog do not. Stay at the Hotel Menage, Sheraton or Resdients Inn. All are 100 time better than this place.

Situated in a perfect location. Easy walk to Disneyland, Gardenwalk and Downtown Disney. Rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable and the staff friendly. The best part, you get all of this without breaking the bank!

4 adults, 5 children, 3 rooms and we all had a wonderful stay! The staff was great, from the front desk to the cleaning staff, to Red's Kitchen, everyone was kind and helped us with all our needs.

Hair and mold in shower upon arrival. Despite speaking with management took 2 days for shower to be re-cleaned. Mold remained. Coffee maker in room was dirty. AC ran non-stop (loudly) without overcoming the heat. Digital cable received very disrupted signal and lost signal frequently. Some chairs at poolside were in poor repair and lacked cushions pictured on website.
We value each and every one of our guests and I truly apologize that we failed to provide you the best possible service. There is no reason, nor is it acceptable, to be checked into a room that was not properly cleaned. I would like to assure you that this will be addressed accordingly with our staff.
