Peacock Suites was wonderful. The first impression of the room is that it is a bit small. This is only because when you walk into the room, the bathroom sink was right there. We are a family of four with two young girls. This was the perfect set up for us with the room divided by the sliding glass door. They played and watched Hannah Montana as we relaxed on our King size bed and watched our own tv at night. They had no complaints about sleeping on the pull out bed. They even loved the fact that each day when housekeeping would come in and make the beds, they lined all of their stuffed animals up on the pillows for them. I tried to leave housekeeping a tip, but it was still there at the end of the day.
Ok, the breakfast. Yes, toast, cold cereal and oatmeal, juice, coffee, hard boiled eggs, danish, doughnuts and more oranges than you can possibly eat. Now you know about it. You can choose to go and eat for free every morning or you can go and pay (on average) $30-$40 dollars each day for breakfast. Honestly, by day six, we chose to go to the IHOP across from Disneyland because we were so sick of toast and jelly. But we probably saved $200 by not eating breakfast out each day.
This was an extremely clean hotel with wonderful staff. They recomended great restaurants with delivery as we did not have our own vehicle. Rooms have a good size fridge, microwave, plates, bowls and cutlery with dishsoap and dishcloths to use as well. The hotel is also within walking distance of the new Garden Walk mall with awesome places to eat there as well.

All in all we had a wonderful stay!

Beware!! We booked through Hotels.com that did not honor their Price Match Guarantee on the rate or disclose mandatory valet parking @ $8 per day. Peacock Stes web site does not disclose mandatory valet parking and they would not adjust or remove the mandatory valet fee. Staff was unaccomodating & rude. I too like the truth & facts. Rooms are small & free breakfast is "junk"-watered down juice & coffee, cold hard boiled eggs, cereal & donuts. No fruit. A real scam......Beware

We recently stayed at the Peacock Suites and quite enjoyed it.

The staff was very polite and had no problems with them. The only negative thing I would say about that was I thought the room would be cleaned more thoroughly than it was. Some days it seemed like our bedcovers thrown back on our beds was the only thing that was done to our room.

The elevators were a minor annoyance as we stayed on the 4th floor and when we had our luggage or stroller we had to load onto one elevator and then transfer to the other to get to the 4th floor.

The rooms were a touch on the small side but also well layed out so that a family could stay in them quite comfortable. I really liked the french doors between the living area and bedroom area that could be closed off. The shower head in our room really was terrible though.

The only really negative thing about our entire stay was the breakfast. The breakfast is included in the room but it is very minor. Toast, juice, cereal, donuts. Not very filling for a big day ahead of you. We found that we had to eat again fairly soon after leaving the hotel.

But I would say that this hotel was good value for the money and the staff were very polite.

For our post Christmas Disneyland vacation, I booked 2 rooms at the Peacock Suites -due to the size of our family. On a Disneyland vacation, when all you do is sleep and eat breakfast at the hotel, you want the rooms and breakfast to be good. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. (bathroom was a little small) But the breakfast was awful. I asked the receptionist when I booked what it included and was told (among other items that weren't there) breakfast burritos! Trust me there were no breakfast burritos. She also mentioned a couple of other items that were not there during our 3 days, or were not part of the FREE breakfast. (Yes, there were a couple of items for sale!) The hard-boiled eggs were cold, and there was a sign on the micro forbidding you to warm them up. I also asked ahead of time if the pool was indoors or out. The same gal said indoors. It was out. It was heated however. I do like to be told the truth of what to expect. The pool wouldn't have stopped us from choosing Peacock. But the breakfast definitely would have. The staff was helpful and friendly, and when I was surprised at the required valet parking that I wasn't told about when I booked, they fixed that charge. I ended up being glad for valet when I saw the tiny parking spaces! I loved the price for the large rooms, but I would only return if they really improved their breakfast!

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Hotel was very clean and very nice. The only complaint is that our keys did not work right away but we took them to the desk and they fixed that right away for us. The hotel is strictly valet parking and the Valet were very helpful when we needed acess to our car (at all hours of the night and day). Overall, Amazing stay.

Got a great price thru Priceline, for a good hotel. Close to Disneyland and on the Anaheim Resort Transit route. The bus stopped right in front of the hotel. Within walking distance to some good restaurants. No self parking, only valet for 8.00/day, however there was always someone available to retrieve the car when we needed it. Front desk staff and concierge were very courteous and helpful. The room was clean, bed comfortable. Suite was two rooms, 2 queens and a sofa sleeper. 2 TV's with dvd players, Only complaint about the room is that on one side of each bed there was no room for the person sleeping on that side of the bed to walk beside the bed. To get in and out you had to crawl over the bed to the bottom or over your sleeping companion. This hotel is a timeshare property. For a few nights stay, a good place to sleep while you go to Disneyland, Knotts or even the beaches, I would recommend this hotel. Just book thru Priceline!

My family and I recently stayed at the Peacock Suites for the second time and definately plan to stay again. Peacock Suites was a great value and the rooms are BEAUTIFUL and spacious! We had plenty of room for our kids to do their own thing without feeling cramped in a hotel room. The shuttle to Disneyland was very convenient as well. Upon arrival we were greeted by a lovely staff and the Manager, Andrew was very helpful and sweet and assured us a wonderful stay and said if we needed anything feel free to ask. Personal attention makes such a difference. Check in and check out were a breeze and it was nice to have such an attentive staff to accomodate our every need. Thank you Peacock Suites for making our stay with our kids so enjoyable. We will be back!
