The perfect location...everything is within walking distance and the decor is amazing. You are able to view the Disneyland Park fireworks show from your room. A few notes on housekeeping, however. Apparently I dropped some trash on the floor one morning before going out, and it was still there after the room was cleaned. Also, I found a comment card that had been completed by a guest at least two weeks prior and not picked up, so I noted the date that the card was still remaining in the room. The "magical" part of housekeeping, i.e. specially folded towels, posed toys in the room, etc. is not done here the way it is in WDW.

Room Tip: request a room with a view of the fireworks

We stayed here for one night. If you took this hotel out of the Disney area it would be just an average hotel. There are three blocks, we were in Frontierland block. The hotel rooms were ok, if it wasn't for the headboard with the castle on it it would just be an average room. Our room was near the lift and we felt like a train was running up the side of our bedroom wall all the time we were there. Our block had no customer service desk, so we never saw any staff at all in that block. I wouldn't pay the price to stay there again, I would stay at the hotel Indigo where we stayed later in our holiday that had a much more personal service and much cheaper.

Room Tip: Not near a lift!!

I stayed here for a conference. Great room. Loved the view if the pool area. I thought it as interesting that the sign in the room talks about conservation of resources by reusing the towels. 3 of 6 days, even though I hung my towel a up, they were replaced. Not a big deal to me, but seems like maybe a training opportunity so staff are consistent in their approach to room cleaning. I was surprised about seeing the smoking allowed on Disney property and downtown Disney.

Hotel was nice and rooms were average. The usual size of a generic hotel room but the headboards have the headboards that have lights and play the when you wish upon a star song when the switch is flipped. Nice touch. Just be careful of what other events are going on at the time of your stay. On one of the stays there was a dance competition and there were hundreds of dancers and their mothers and teachers there all day and all night and they were very pushy and rude. Think dance moms but multiply by 1000. This dance event happens there 2 to 4 times a year.

The Adventure Tower on the 9th floor was our home for 3 nights. WE LOVED IT!!!!
Our check-in was quick and easy, we were even upgraded to a higher level. Our room had a great view of the beautiful pools. We spent 2 days at the park and one whole day exploring the hotel, spending hours in the pools and relaxing in our room.

The fireworks and star headboards were a big hit as was the pull out couch. Our 5 year old called that as his bed as soon as we walked in the door.

The room was immaculately clean, they even made my grandsons couch/bed up and put his animals on it.

It was quiet, never had any trouble with slow elevators as we had seen posted before.

Two very little complaints: Couldn't get the temperature regulated on the air conditioner and the shower temperature was confusing also.

We ate breakfast the Tangaroa Terrace, pretty good and after spending so much money inside Disneyland and Downtown Disney, was nice to have a less expensive option.

My daughter and I said, we would come back just to stay at the hotel and skip Disneyland!!!! Yes it is expensive to stay here but worth the extra money for the experience.

The Disneyland Hotel still sets the bar for exceptional Disney service...too bad the park no longer offer this service or attitude!

From the moment you pull up to the the security/parking hut, you are their guest, once again! Smiles, humor, laughter, what can we do for you?, etc....it's just fantastic!

The property and grounds are immaculate as always. The rooms are small and pricey, but worth it if you're looking to splurge a tad.

We always gave such a great time at the Disney Hotel!
