I am pretty sure that locals form most of the customers, possibly fishermen and people who use the harbor at Port Harford. We were there on a rainy Saturday, and the place was doing pretty brisk business. These customers did not look like tourists! We got fish tacos, which were very tasty when embellished with pickled cabbage from the condiments bar. Pelicans and sea lions hang around the periphery. Just look down, and there are sea lions almost underneath you, lounging in impossibly small spaces on cross-braces. There is an outside patio, but as mentioned, it was raining. A couple wet pelicans were perched on the wall. This is definitely a no-frills snack bar, but the food is tasty.
