We had made reservations before we read all of the negative reviews. I must say that our dinner was lovely. The staff was very friendly. They start you with an array of amuse boche, and finish your meal with house made liquer. Our meals were large and the food wasn't heavy. The prices are steep, about 15% higher than other Aspen restaurants. My suggestion is to skip lunch the day when you plan to dine there, so you enjoy everything from the amuse boche to dessert.
