Steak House No 316 is a small, cozy place but that doesn't mean it doesn't make you feel like you're in a major city steakhouse. The decor, the ambience, the service and the quality of the menu are all very good. The only thing I was not very comfortable with, is that a huge steak was oddly prepared too fast. The inside was nicely cooked but the outside was NOT. That makes me wonder how they cook the steaks. The bread pudding was awesome! maybe too big, but still worth the try. The terrace is small and a bit uncomfortable, and the view is not worth it, better try the inside. Prices are also like major cities' steakhouses.

Was highly recommended by the staff at The Gant. Did not disappoint! Excellent wine selection. Definitely pricey, but well worth it.

The food and service was very good! Our waiter told us that their steaks are all served on a sizzling hot skillet. He cautioned that his recommendation was to order the steak 1 level below what you would normally order (i.e. order medium rare if you like medium), becuase it would continue to cook for a few minutes while the skillet cooled off. This was PERFECT advice as my steak could not have been cooked any better. I liked the unique aspects of the restaurant. Not only serving steaks on the skillets (which does happen at a few others places, for sure), but many of the ingredients are sourced locally (in Colorado, and nearvy states) to give your meal a very local and fresh spin.

The service was impecciable. Our server spent much of the night tied up with another table that was absolutely insufferable. Instead of ignoring us, he had other waiters and managers make sure that we were being tended to.
it was great anniversary meal!

Really liked this small but very warmly decorated restaurant. Friendly greeting from the coat check lady at the front door. Very nicely appointed as an old west Saloon in its decor. Plush reds. Service was very good. The salad, oysters and New York strip were all excellent. Nice wine list. Didn't have dessert. No room left. Will come back next ski season.

Thank John F
