We were on a holiday week in Colorado. It was about time to get some Thai food as my wife had about exhausted her patience with gringo food every morning, noon, night for some days. Thai Flavor is in a small shopping strip just a couple miles from the highway. Not the greatest neighborhood, but that rarely has anything to do with good Thai food.
Once inside, the restaurant itself wasn't so great to look a t. The waitress and ladies in the kitchen are all Thai, which is always a good sign. From Chiangmai Mai. I was disappointed in that they didn't have any of the local dishes from that area of Thailand on the menu. My wife was happy as they did have a special Thai menu ( stuff we gringos don't usually care for).
The Massaman, was interesting, fair. The Pad SeeYew was excellent. The high big gulp sized Thai iced tea was a reminder that we were in the central US and size of some things is way out of proportion. It was tasty none the less and I didn't sleep so well that night for all the caffeine.
Overall, I was glad we found this place. The hostess, waitress was very friendly. They were quite busy for an early wed evening with to go orders. I'd go again.
