“Absolutely Beautiful”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 15 May 2014

We made a point to walk to Bean Point nearly everyday as the view is just so gorgeous. The soft white sand leads into almost Caribbean blue water-- in the morning, the beach is nearly empty making it an ideal place to relax, take pictures, or just breathe in the salty air.

“Amazing Beach”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 30 April 2014

Recently stayed on Anna Maria and spent 2 days at Bean Point. The first day we walked from where the trolley dropped us off at City Pier. The walk was pretty long with our kids (age 4, 7, 9) and beach bag, but wouldn't be too bad for two adults. The second day we drove our vehicle and parked down the street from the Rod & Reel pier. It is a nice short walk from there. One of the best beaches we have ever been too. Gorgeous blue water, powder sand that stays cool, and the kids were able to snorkel off the beach with my husband and find great shells. They even found a couple with crabs in them that we watched crawl around a bit before putting them back in the ocean. Check out the full beach before settling on a spot. Depending on the day, one side of the point will be calmer then the other.

“Seyschelles revisited”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 26 April 2014 via mobile

Beautiful, quiet and secluded spot, which reminded me so much of the Seyschelles. A sand bank stretches out about 30m keeping the waters near the coastline warm. We were amazed to see shoals of Manta Ray as they enjoyed and played in these warm waters. Such rare, magical moments....

Hint: the most beautiful spots are round towards the bayside, rather than directly at the tip.

“Amazing beach - don't tell anyone”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 18 April 2014

Reluctant to share this but the north of Anna Maria Island is a fabulous quiet corner of charm within Florida. Don't tell anyone else!
