Played this course during early April. Course was empty and turned the round in 3.5 hours.
Layout is basic, very few "challenging" holes. Most holes are driver then mid-iron or wedge.
The greens were fast but need a lot of work. A mix of grasses and new repair patches littered some greens. The fairways were okay but the rough is left untouched. The course has loads of potential with the right superintendent.
The best appeal: the North 9 is very natural with abundant wildlife. And we were able to see a pair of majestic bald eagles on the back 9 nesting on above the 17th green!
