Description: Miami's acclaimed American steakhouse, famous for its signature butter-poached steaks and duck fat fries, BOURBON STEAK is in a class alone. The work of James Beard award-winning chef and renowned restaurateur Michael Mina, this ritzy restaurant, with its smoky mirrored glass and artistic gilded finishes, sets a striking mood for rich cuisine and craft cocktails.

Had a wonderful dinner the other night with my family. We all enjoyed our meals immensely. Service was great for the most part, and we did not feel rushed through dinner as if they were trying to seat another party at our table. The dinner started with a complimentary trio of fries with sauces which was excellent (these could have been served with our main course as well). My son and I shared a Wagyu beef rib cut which was amazing. My wife had the scallops which were excellent. The appetizers of shrimp cocktail, lettuce wedge with blue cheese and tomato salad with burrata cheese were great. The sides of truffle macaroni and creamed spinach were equally as good. We shared an apple ice cream dessert which was perfect. All in all, a memorable meal, but at a price. If you have a special occasion (it was our 31st anniversary) and looking for a special place to have dinner, this is it.

When guests first enter Bourbon Steak, they realize they are in a 'different world'...one where elegance reigns supreme and the food and service will match expectations.....actually, they exceeded our expectations

Ok, trio of fries, fried in duck fat are decadently enjoyable. Had a burger there at the bar which was also exceptional. They also have a lobster pot pie which is indescribably delicious and is overflowing with an abundance of tail and claw meat. You can't go wrong here.

We never mind expensive meals BUT the food at Bourbon really was not worth the price we overpaid! I had the Filet which was bland. The Ceaser Salad had way, way too much dressing on it, the french fries they serve first are fatty, greasy, bad way to start what I like to consider a good healthy meal. They do not serve bread and butter. Service was good, really good...but the meal was not worth the $300 price tag. (for two)

We were a group of 5. Seated write away and our waiter very professional. He knew every item on the menu and how it's prepared and suggested what to pair it with.

The wine selection was as expected of any fine dining establishment. Everything came out at once without skipping a beat. We were always made sure our glasses were not empty and I cannot say enough about our meal selection. Steak, fish, lobster and sides all delicious.

Highly recommended.
