One of the appetizers at Campbell's is a Spring Roll and one of the ingredients is collard greens. It seems that the chef has played with his recipe for this since 2011. Well, on August 24, 2013 it has been greatly improved and tastes good.....he also added a sauce with a spicy taste. The other appetizers are not that good. The medium rare filet mignon is still excellent. The prices at Campbell's are a bit high for Albany, but it is still the best steakhouse in town. The house salad with either beef or chicken is a full meal and tastes great.
