This hotel was an excellent find. We reserved through Priceline. Check in was quick and we received a bag with water, microwave popcorn, and candy. The room is spacious, updated and clean. We had a late dinner in the restaurant and the food was very good. The menu is quite varied which is nice if you are staying for a few days. You won't get tired of eating in the same place for a week! The breakfast is free and amazing. Best omelet I've ever had, along with bacon or sausage, potatoes, or just have scrambled eggs. There is a room full of continental treats as well with fruit, cereal and assorted breads. You dine in the atrium which has a beautiful waterfall and pond. There is also an indoor pool which looked very nice. We slept comfortably on a very good bed and it was quiet all night. The air system in the rooms is consistent and noticeable but provides excellent white noise that allows you to sleep without hearing a thing from other guests or a noisy air system kicking on and off all night. Check out is noon so no need to hurry in the morning. The sitting area has 2 chairs at the desk/table, a couch and an arm chair. All were very comfortable. There is a mini-fridge, coffee maker, microwave and sink in the living area. The bathroom was clean! Will look for Embassy Suites whenever we travel from now on!

This hotel was excellent. The service is great, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the free breakfast is so convenient with great choices and great food. I love staying at the Embassy Suites and hope to stay there again very soon.

What a wonderful way to start the day, great omelets, and friendly staff, especially Tyler the chef and Dee Dee is a fantastic hostess. Our room was always clean, fresh and very comfortable. None of those noisy heating and cooling systems to keep you awake at night. High thread count cotton towels were really nice. This was our second stay and we will be back again.

This is a nice business hotel. Nice gym and pool. Good sized rooms with sitting area, kitchen and bedroom. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I loved the complimentary evening drinks and breakfast was one of the best I've had in the States. But it was the customer service that stood out.

I stayed here in February, when the snow arrived. I was supposed to stay for 2 nights and ended up having to stay for 4 as the airport and every business shut for 2 days. They were really short of staff because they couldn't get in. Everyone was working at least double shifts to cover. But despite the conditions the service I received was amazing. Every member of staff was cheerful and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble from extending my stay - twice, sorting out transport and one receptionist sharing her personal shower gel with me when I had left mine behind and all shops were closed so I couldn't buy more.
I will definitely stay here the next time I am in the area.

Easily accessible to food, shopping, highways and businesses. Friendly and helpful staff makes you feel right at home. The hotel is near excellent shopping and great local restaurants. For business travelers, the additional amenities of a business center, internet access and work space make this a great choice.

Overall, it was a good hotel and an enjoyable stay. The hotel location was prime, especially for my needs. Kenneth (bartender) was great. The front desk could have been friendlier. I felt like I was bothering Dee Dee every time I asked her a question.

Hotel choices in Alpharetta are pretty mediocre and the Embassy Suites is an acceptable pick. The property is located a short distance from many major companies, office parks, and shopping areas with plenty of food choices. Access to and from GA400 is very easy.

The staff is generally friendly if not a bit mechanical in their interactions. About 1/2 the time my Hilton Silver amenity if not offered. The rooms are large and in decent shape but always seem to have an overwhelming deodorizer smell. What is being covered up? The bathrooms are a bit small and sometimes require a bit of creative maneuvering to exit when the door is closed. There are plenty of power outlets available to use.

The included breakfast is a nice way to start the day. The made to order eggs and omelettes are always a winner. There is also an extensive selection of cereals, breads, bagels, and pastries. The coffee, however, is a horrible brown tasting water. Made of Maxwell House coffee concentrate, it's diluted to an undrinkable mess. The evening managers reception is a nice way to unwind with complimentary well drinks.

Peace and quiet can be elusive. The center atrium while giving an open feel, is a chimney for noise. Every slammed door seems to reverberate through the space. On weeknights, most guests are in bed at a reasonable hour and noise not much of an issue. On weekends, the large room and affordable prices seem to attract families and those looking for a space to party. On more than one occasion, there were kids running up and down the hallways well past midnight and boisterous partying in adjoining rooms. On one stay, the guests next door thought pounding on the walls at 1AM was acceptable behavior. It took 3 calls to the front desk before the issue was resolved.
